Example 1. On laboratory rolls, a vulcanizable rubber mixture of the following composition is prepared for 200 g of rubber, parts by weight: cis-isoprene rubber SKI-3 100, stearic acid 1, zinc oxide 5, sulfenamide C 1, sulfur 2 and carbon black PM- 15 with 0.5% AC-34 50 lacquer. AC-54 lacquer is a water-soluble copolymer of meta-3 kryl acid and butyl methacrylate with a ratio of monomeric units of 20g80 and with an average molecular weight of 35,000. Soot PM-15 has a specific geometric surface 17, an indicator dibutyl phthalate absorption is 85 ml / 100 g and the pH of the aqueous suspension is 7.5. Three control mixtures of the same composition were also prepared, but with the initial soot PM-15 and PM-SO and the modified soot PM-SO with 0.5% AC-54 varnish, respectively. Soot PM-100 (initial and modifiable) has a specific geometric surface 95, dibutyl phthalate absorption is 104 ml / 100, and the pH of the aqueous suspension is 7.8. The cohesive strength of the mixtures is determined from the results of the rupture of unvulcanized samples in the form of blades at a temperature of 20 ± 2 ° C on an RMI-5 machine according to GOST. The skeleton of mixtures is determined by the results of compression on a deformeter under a load of 300 g of cylindrical specimens of heights and 100 mm in diameter at a temperature of 80 C. The specimen height is taken as the ratio of the specimen height after 10 minutes of load to the initial height. The curing of the mixtures was carried out in a press at a temperature of 143 ° C for 20 minutes. Pr and measures 2. The preparation and manufacture of the vulcanizable rubber compound is carried out as in Example 1, but PM-15 carbon black containing, respectively, 3 and 10% AC-54 lacquer is used. Example 3. The preparation and testing of a vulcanizable rubber compound is carried out analogously to Example Ij using PM-15 carbon black containing 1% comet by-product, which is: a copolymer of methacrylate acid and sodium methacrylate (79:21 wt.%) Molecules 300,000. Example 4. The preparation and testing of a vulcanizable rubber compound is carried out in the same way as in Example 1, but PM-15 carbon black containing a% of metas-copolymer of methacrylic acid and methacrylamide (50:50 wt.%) with molecular weighing 60,000. Properties of vulcanizable rubber compound The new SKI-3 rubber is presented in Table 1. 34 Example 5 Preparation and testing of a vulcanizable rubber compound is carried out similarly to Example 1, but using cis-isoprene rubber SKI-3-01 modified during polymerization and containing about 0.5% nitro compound. At the same time, a control mixture of the same is prepared. composition, but with the original soot PM-15, not containing varnish AC-54. Example 6. The preparation and testing of a vulcanizable rubber compound is carried out analogously to Example 5, but PM-15 carbon black containing 0.5% of a comet product is used. The properties of the rubber compound vulcanizates based on rubber SKI-3-01 are listed in Table 2. The data show that vulcanizable rubber mixture based on isoprene rubber and semi-reinforcing carbon black with a copolymer of acrylic acid and its derivative exceeds the known mixture by 27-70% in terms of cage. It also has significant advantages over the serial mixture on the framework. When the content of the copolymer in soot is up to 5 wt.%, The vulcanizates of the test mixture are almost as good as the control rubbers or are somewhat superior in their strength properties. Similar mixtures with active carbon-black PM-SU, containing a copolymer, have no advantages over control blends in elastic properties. In order to introduce the proposed vulcanizable rubber mixture, it is necessary to organize the production of sulphurous PM-15, PM-ZOV and PGM-33 granulated using methacrylic acid copolymers. At present, semi-manufactured production of some non-specified copolymers is organized. The introduction of the proposed rubber mixture will significantly reduce the loss of non-shaped products due to the inconsistency of the specified geometric dimensions in the consistency of rubber goods and thus obtain a large economic effect.
