Description
Указанна цель достигаетс тем, что в способе изготовлени оптических деталей, включающем формование цилиндрической заготовки, нанесение покрыти с последующим помещением в пресс-форму, нагревание, прессова:;ие , холодную обработку, заготовку формуют со сферической торцовой поверхностью , покрытие нанос т из поглощающего стекла, а прессование осуществл ют плоским пуансоном, ра-.The invention relates to the building materials industry, in particular to the field of optical instrumentation, and more specifically to the production of optical parts by means of hot forming. A known method of manufacturing a multifocal lens, including the manufacture of a layered element of glass, which is a lens, placing elements in a press form to give it a spherical or aspheric meniscus. 1 There is a known method of making a thin lining with at least one layer of glass. the sides of the part directed to form the boundary surface 2. However, such methods of manufacturing the lens are laborious, and for the operability of the diaphragm it is necessary to accurately position the parts relative to each other ha The closest to the technical essence of the proposed v is a method of making lin. , including molding cylinder 1g: glass billet making, coating, followed by placing in the mold, heating, pressing and cold working 3. However, this method is also laborious in the manufacture of lenses and other Optical parts of a complex profile, since this requires forms (punch and die) of a CTP9GO of a certain configuration in accordance with the specified surface of the part. Also, this method is unsuitable for the manufacture of parts, in which the linear dimensions of the moldable surface are commensurate or much smaller; thickness / details. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the product. This goal is achieved by the fact that in the method of manufacturing optical parts, including forming a cylindrical billet, applying a coating followed by placing it in a mold, heating it, press it: cold processing, the billet is molded with a spherical face surface and pressing is carried out with a flat punch, ra-.

The method is carried out as follows.
Previously one of the surfaces of the glass preform dia. Rum 2a is treated to obtain a spherical with a radius of curvature R. An absorbent glass coating is applied on this surface, for example, by sintering. But it is possible and vice versa: to first apply the coating, and then to give the coated workpiece a spherical shape. Then, the billet is placed in a mold, heated until softened, and pressed with a flat surface of the punch for a stroke h. During the pressing process, the softened preform tends to occupy a volume corresponding to the minimum surface area (due to the large surface tension of the glass in the plastic state). Therefore, the coating surface is formed in a plane-convex configuration, i.e. from the side of the punch - flat, and the remaining free is convex, with a radius of curvature depending on the magnitude of the working stroke h and on the radius of curvature of the workpiece R, and with these selected values of R, 2a and h the curvature of the open free surface is expressed by a one-to-one relationship does not depend on the composition of the glass. Then, after forming, the billet is cooled and cold worked. By cold working is meant removing a part of the coating to a thickness in the central zone from 100 to 10 µm, depending on the absorption coefficient of the covering glass and the desired transmittance, as well as external processing on the side surface of the workpiece. On the coating side, the preform is polished to a high grade of purity and precision.
An example. The apodizing diaphragm is made of two glasses on the same phosphate basis, characterized in that the dye components of Cr, Fe, Cu, Co oxides are introduced into one of them. These two glasses are corrected for refractive indices () and linear thermal expansion coefficients, 5 degrees / degree. The transformation temperature of glass T is
480 ° C, pressing temperature 600 ° C. The absorption coefficient of the absorbing glass for the visible range is on average 2.0 mm. A clear glass blank, e, has the shape of a cylinder with a base diameter of 8 mm and a height of 15 mm, one of the bases is processed to obtain a spherical surface with a radius of curvature of 5.7 mm. An absorbent glass coating is applied on this surface. Then the workpiece is placed in a mold made of stainless steel brand H18H10T tightly without gaps, heated to and pressed flat punch
