Description

Изобретение относитс  к общему машиностроению. Известны резьбовые соединени , содержащие упругие элементы дл  поджати  соедин емых деталей, а также дл  стопорени  резьбы р.Однако эти соединени  имеют большие габариты, а, следовательно, и большую массу, что ограничивает область их применени . Известно также резьбовое соединение , содержшцее пружин щий резьбовой элемент, установленный в отверстии присоедин емой детали и гайку, при этом пружин щий резьбовой элемент выполнен в виде гладкого стержн  и резьбового хвостовика, который выпол нен в виде цилиндрической пружины 2 Недостатком такого резьбового соединени   вл етс  то, что при зат жке резьбовой стержень скручиваетс , а под действием вибрации может раскручиватьс  относительно гайки, что снижает надежность соединени . Цель изобретени  - повышение надежности соединени . Поста.вленна  цель достигаетс  тем что гладкий стержень пружин щего резьбового элемента выполнен квадратным с поперечными пр моугольными пазами, расположенными на противоположных сторонах гладкого стержн  и смещенными один относительно другого в осевом направлении. На чертеже изображено резьбовое соединение в разрезе, общий вид. Резьбовое соединение состоит из резьбового элемента 1, детали 2, закрепленной на резьбовом элементе, гайки 3 и шайбы 4. Резьбовой элемент имеет гладкий пр моугольный стержень 5, на котором выполнены поперечные пазы 6 пр моугольного сечени , смещенные один относительно другого в осевом направлении 7..Гладкий стержень 5  вл етс  упругой частью резьбового элемента. При .зат жке резьбового соединени  гайка 3 навинчиваетс  на витки резьбового элемента 1 с определенным моментом зат жки, в результате чего ПЕЮИсходит деформаци  упругой части резьбового элемента - стержн  5. При этом направл ющие 7 не позвол ют упругой части резьбового элемента скручиватьс . Предлагаемое соединение позвол ет повысить надежность в услови х вибрации .This invention relates to general engineering. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the connection. The goal is achieved by the fact that the smooth rod of the spring threaded element is made square with transverse rectangular grooves located on opposite sides of the smooth rod and displaced relative to each other in the axial direction. The drawing shows a threaded connection in the section, a General view. The threaded connection consists of a threaded element 1, a part 2 fixed on the threaded element, a nut 3 and a washer 4. The threaded element has a smooth rectangular rod 5 on which transverse grooves 6 of rectangular section are made offset from one another in the axial direction 7. The smooth rod 5 is the elastic part of the threaded member. When the threaded joint is tightened, the nut 3 is screwed onto the turns of the threaded element 1 with a certain tightening torque, as a result of which the ESPEANE deformation of the elastic part of the threaded element 5 is prevented. The proposed connection allows for increased reliability under vibration conditions.
