Description
The invention relates to partial oxide catalysts and, in particular, to catalysts for the oxidation of acrolein to acrylic acid, which is a valuable raw material for the production of synthetic fibers, adhesives, lubricants, varnishes, etc. The oxide oxide V. molybdenum catalyst containing MoO-j oxides is known and in a ratio of 10b: (10300) DJThis catalyst does not have sufficiently high activity — the yield of acrylic acid does not exceed 66.9%. Also known oxide vanadium-molybdenum catalysts containing MoO, VoOy, in the ratio of 100:: (1-100) :() and additives of oxides Cu, Fe, and, Ba, Si, Au, Se, Co, Ti, Sr, Ag, Mg , B, Sn, XW, Pb, As G21. However, these catalysts have an insufficiently high activity (the yield of acrylic acid is 86.1-95.6%, which decreases with a wide variation of the process conditions). In addition, the high content of the active component increases the cost of the catalyst. Closest to the present invention is a catalyst containing molybdenum oxides; Vanadium and copper on the carrier - silicon dioxide. For a catalyst with an atomic ratio, V: Mo: Cu 55: 80: 3 with and the composition of the reaction mixture, vol.%: Acrolein 3.8; oxygen 5.8; water vapor 59.3; nitrogen is the rest, the yield of acrylic acid is 84.3% Gz. A disadvantage of the known catalyst is the relatively low yield of acrylic acid. The purpose of the invention is to increase the activity of the catalyst. Dp reaching the chain the catalyst additionally contains tellurium oxide with the following content of components, wt.%: Molybdenum oxide 22.6-26.3 Vanadium thioxide 3.3-3.3.7 382 Copper oxide 0.16-2.8 Tellurium oxide 0.16 -2.7 Silicon dioxide Else The procedure for preparing the catalyst is as follows. The calculated amount of meta-ammonium ammonium, ammonium paramolybdate and copper nitrate is dissolved in distilled water with heating, a solution of tellurium oxide in concentrated nitric acid is added and the carrier is added with stirring. The suspension is dried in a spray dryer. The catalyst powder is tableted, dried at ~ 175 ° C for 18 hours and calcined for 4 hours at 300 ° C in nitrogen. After this, the catalyst is activated for 2 hours with the composition in a reaction mixture, vol.%: Acrolein 4 , oxygen 7, water vapor 20, nitrogen else. The pp and me r 1. 4.75 g and 32.64 g {NHj) are dissolved by heating in distilled water. When stirring, 70 g of A-175 Aerosil (SiOxj) are introduced into the resulting solution. The suspension is dried in a spray dryer. The catalyst powder is tableted, dried at 175 ° C and then calcined for 4 hours under a stream of nitrogen. The resulting catalyst contains 3.65 wt.% 26.35 wt.% MoOg; carrier the rest of the Example 2. The catalyst composition, wt.%: 3,6; IooO 26.2 and CuO 0,16; the rest of the carrier is obtained by dissolving 4.63 g of 32.1 g in distilled water (70 g of A-175 azrosil and 0.48 g of Cu (NO 2) 1-3H-0. Next, the treatment is carried out analogously to Example 1. Example 3. Catalyst containing Ness.%: 3.6; MoOj 26.2 and, 16; the rest of the carrier is obtained by dissolving 4.63 g of 32.1 g of (NN4) 6 07О24 20 and 70 g of aerosil in distilled water. 0 , 16 g of TeO2 is dissolved in concentrated nitric acid. The resulting suspension is treated with the analogous method I. Example 4. Further processing is carried out according to Example 1. Example 5. To obtain a catalyst containing, in wt.%: 3.5; MoOS 24.7; CuO 1.52; TeO 0.3; carrier, the rest is suspended by dissolving in water 4.5 g 30.7 g (m) f, 4.67 g Cu (COe) 2. PTA; 70 g of aerosil and 0.3 g of TeO / 2. in concentrated nitric acid. Further processing was carried out as in Example 1. Example 6. To obtain a catalyst containing, in wt.%: G3, 4; MOOS 23.3, CuO 2.8; TeOxj 0.8, the rest of the carrier, receive a suspension when dissolved in water 4.42 g 28.6 g (NH4) Mo-yO 8.7 g Cu (NO) 2-, 70 g aerosil and 0.8 g TeO in concentrated nitric acid. Further, treatment i is carried out as in Example 1. Example 7. For the preparation of a catalyst containing wt.%: G 3.3; MoOj 22.6; CuO 1.4; TeOj 2.7, the rest of the carrier, receive a suspension by dissolving 4.26 g of NH4. V03 in water; 28.02 g (NN4) 6 07-924 2 ° 4.24 g Cu (NOj) 2- N.0; 70 g of aerosil and 2.73 g of TeO / j in concentrated nitric acid. Further processing is carried out according to Example 1. The catalysts of Examples 1-7 are tested in the reaction of producing acrylic acid by oxidizing acrolein mixed with oxygen in a flow-circulation plant in the ideal mixing mode. Test conditions: reaction temperature, composition of the reaction mixture, vol.%: Acrolein 4, oxygen 7; water vapor 20; nitrogen else. Example 8. The catalyst of example 7 was tested at a given acrolein X conversion of 98.4% under conditions similar to the tests of examples 1-7. In tab. Figure 1 shows the results of testing catalysts in the reactions of acrolein to acrylic acid, the yield of which is given in the ideal mixing mode (obtained experimentally) and calculated in the ideal displacement mode for comparison. Activity is evaluated by the conventional value X / C characterizing the activity of a unit volume of catalyst.

Table 28 of congestion. From table 2 it follows that the same catalyst is achieved on the proposed catalyst conversion at a lower contact time or temperature, i.e., the catalyst is more active, X / L is 20-50% higher. With an increase in the content of the active component in the catalyst, the yield of acrylic acid increases to 98.5%
