Н 04 В 1/10, 1968. 20 containing a series-connected bandpass filter, a tunable notch filter, a unit for forming a signal reference point and a pulse temporal position meter, the second input of which is connected to the output of a tunable notch filter, is additionally introduced a correction unit whose input is connected to the first control input of a tunable notch filter, o, tsin, the output of the correction block is connected to the BTOpbiiM control input of the tunable notch filter, and the other to the third input of the meter in TERM pulse positions, wherein the notch filter is controlled vkiyulnezn stopband, FIG. .1 shows a structural element: a schematic diagram of the proposed device; in fig. 2 - Dependences of various parameters of the device on the size of distribution, rejection of the notch filter. The device (Fig. 1) contains a band-pass filter 1, a tunable rejection filter (RF) 2, a unit 3 for forming a signal reference point, a measurement 4 of the temporal position of the pulse and a correction bpok 5. The device works as follows. The input of the notch filter 2 from the antenna through 1:) Without a band-pass filter 1, a useful pulse signal with carrier frequency f and modulated interference with carrier frequency fy,, Receiver filter 2 is tuned from its extreme position (for example fninin) to carrier frequency interference (f ,, c). Interference suppression occurs. The frequency of tuning notch filter 2 fvi is uniquely determined by an unpowered voltage U. The useful impulse signal filtered from the disturbance from the output of the non-zero filter 2 is fed to the first and second inputs of the meter 4 at the time position, and to the first input through the block 3 forming the reference signal point, and to the second - directly from the output of the notch filter 2. V the time meter 4 determines the temporal position of the impulse from the phase of its high-frequency filling in the region of the formed reference point; the measurement accuracy is higher, the more stable the temporal position of the current Igna, and the greater the signal / noise ratio of the signal ,, input to the second input meter 4 time position. Both of these requirements are fulfilled by introducing a correction unit 5, to the input of which the control voltage Usi is applied. In block 5, a correction voltage U, p (Uvj) is formed, which from the first output of correction block 5 is fed to the second control input of the notch filter 2, and its notch band is changed. Since there is a tight connection between the control voltage U and the tuning frequency fy, notch filter 2, the law of variation of the notch band will look like: UF ,, р K, Y (U) K, j4 (fH) or depending on the value detuning of the notch filter UF), where the detuning of the notch filter. (ft.fH f „- fo). The dependence of the rejection band dG on the magnitude of the detuning Af is presented in FIG. 2a The notch band decreases with decreasing detuning value urfn / or, which is the same, as the tuning frequency c approaches the carrier frequency fg. The offset of the temporal position of the reference point of the useful pulse signal At depends on both the frequency of the notch filter, f, and the notch bandwidth & F. Moreover, the offset t increases both when the notch band t, F is expanded, and as the tuning frequency fc approaches the carrier frequency of the useful signal fp (Fig. 26). It follows that when the notch band and F are changed according to a given stake (Fig. 2a), the offset of the temporal position of the signal reading point remains constant at const (Fig. 2c) and does not depend on the amount of detuning. The constant offset value & t (, also does not depend on the type of interference and the interference / noise ratio. This constant offset is introduced into the temporal position meter 4 for correction. For this, the third time domain meter input is connected to the second output of the correction unit 5. Thus, it increases compared to of By the known device, the efficiency of correction of the temporal position of the signal reading point when a modulated interference of any intensity is applied and the accuracy of the measurement of the time position of the signal reading point increases. In addition, the proposed device does not reduce the amplitude of the useful pulse signal when the notch filter is tuned to the carrier frequency of the noise close to the carrier frequency of the signal. Indeed, the degree of reduction of the amplitude of the useful pulse signal. depends on both the band rejection AF, and the magnitude of detuning. The dependence of the degree of mismatch at different notch bands is shown in FIG. 2g. But since, in the proposed device, the notch band F decreases with decreasing detuning value (Fig. 2a), the amplitude of the useful signal at the output of the notch filter 2 does not decrease. The dependence of the mismatch value л at a variable notch band is shown in FIG. 2d As a result, the signal-to-noise ratio of the signal at the output of the notch filter 2 in the proposed device is about 1.8 times higher than in the prototype, which improves the accuracy of measuring the temporal position of the IFRNS pulse signal. Apparatus of the Invention A device for measuring the temporal position of a pulse, comprising a series-connected band-pass filter, tunable notch filter, a block forming a signal reading point and a pulse temporal position meter, the second input of which is connected to the output of a tunable notch filter, characterized in that the accuracy of measuring the temporal position of the pulse when exposed to modulated interference; a correction block is additionally introduced, the input of which is connected to the first control input of the tunable notch filter, an output correction unit coupled to a second control input of the tunable notch filter, and the other output - to the third input pulse meter temporary position, wherein the notch filter is adapted adjustable stopband.
