Known digital-analog. converter (D / A converter) with intermediate pulse-width modulation (PWM), which contains a pulse generator, the output of which is connected to the counting input of the counter via a pulse key, the code inputs of the counter are connected to the outputs of the pulse keys, to the inputs of which parallel-transformable code signals are fed, outputs the counter through the OR element is connected to the control inputs of the pulse and analogue keys, the analog input of the latter is connected to a stable voltage source, and the output of this key is connected to the input of the low-pass filter 1. The disadvantages of this converter are the need for the constant presence of signals of the converted code at the inputs of the pulse switches and the increased requirement for the accuracy of analog elements. Also known is a DGCHIM DAC, containing a stable frequency pulse generator connected to the input of the auxiliary counter, which, together with the main counter, is connected to the first and second groups of inputs of the comparator unit, the output of the latter being connected to the zero setting input, and single installation input trigger forming pulse-width modulated pulses. The trigger output is connected to the control input of an analog switch, which for the duration of the control impulse connects the input of the low-pass filter to a source of stabilized voltage. “And. The constant voltage component selected by the filter is the output value of the DAC, i.e. analog equivalent of the digital reading of the main counter 2. The disadvantage of this DAC is the inability to correct the digital-to-analog characteristic. conversions. As a result, the linear requirements for the characteristics of all analog elements and DAC nodes are increasing. The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the conversion and reduce the requirements for the linearity of the characteristics of the constituent elements of the DAC by linearizing its calibration characteristic. in controlling the frequency of filling the auxiliary counter in accordance with the indications of the main counter,. The goal is achieved by introducing a pulse key and an OR element into the proposed DAC, with the synchronization input of the program block connected to the pulse input of the pulse key and the output of the pulse generator, the output of the comparison block connected to the first control input of the program block, the second control input of which is connected to the output of the auxiliary counter, the control output of the program block is connected to the control input of the pulse key, the output of the latter is combined with the pulse output of the program block by the OR element, the output of which is connected to the counting input of the auxiliary counter. FIG. 1 shows the block diagram of the proposed DAC; in fig. 2 is a diagram illustrating the operation of a D / A converter; a D / A converter contains a stable frequency pulse generator 1 (KEY 2, element OR 3, software | 6lok 4, main counter 5, comparison unit b, auxiliary counter 7, trigger 8 for generating or deducing pulses an analog switch 9, stable voltage source 10; low-pass filter 11. The DAC operates as follows: The code to be converted is sequentially or in parallel inputted into the main counter 5, Auxiliary counter 7 is continuously fed from the pulse to the pulse. asy and with overflow pulse from counter 7 each time the last one is set to state O. Block b compares the number to be converted in counter 5 with the increasing number in counter 7 and at the moment of their equality throws trigger 8 on the setpoint input In the state, For the time I of the stay of the trigger 8 in the state H the key 5 connects the input of the filter 11 to the source 10 of a stable voltage Ue. The output of the DAC is. the filter constant component of the sequence of far-modulated voltage pulses with a stable amplitude Up: i and n. , (4 о T, V /: where the pulse duration is different from the time the trigger 8 is in state 1; t is the pause duration, is equal to the time it takes to trigger trigger 8 in state O ;; T is the period of width-modulated pulses equal to the time of filling the counter 7. Expression (1) can be represented as follows: 8, oH7T ;; fr Tw; s (2) where n is the number recorded in counter 5, N is the capacity of counter 7, f is the frequency of filling counter 7 for time ff, is the frequency of filling the counter 7 during the time tf,. From expression (2) it follows that with a constant number n in the counter 5, the voltage at the output of can be changed by adjusting the ratio of the frequencies f and fn. This principle underlies the linearization of the calibration characteristic of the DAC, which is carried out by the commands of the program block 4, Adjustment of f and f is carried out in two ways: the first - by the commands of the program block 4, the key 2 does not pass a part of pulses from generator 1; the second, software block 4 generates additional pulses during pauses between pulses from generator 1. The synchronization input of software block 4 is connected to generator 1 for synchronization with pulses after the next command of the program block to prohibit the passage of pulses through key 2 or the generation of additional pulses. To make the necessary adjustments f and fj, during t the outputs of block b and auxiliary counter 7 are connected to the 5 entrances of program block 4. When calibrating the DAC, the values of nonlinearity are determined for different numbers entered in the main counter 5 for linearizing the characteristics of the DAC to The necessary corrections for changing the frequencies fj are determined for the determined nonlinearity error values, and the Functional relationship between the numbers in the counter 5 and the correction for the frequencies f, - and f is recorded in the program block 4, Ow local adjustment of f and fn over time T allows a wide range of non-linearity, i. The main advantage of the proposed DAC is the use of elements of a discrete technique for linearizing the calibration characteristic of a D / A converter, while reducing the linearity requirements of analog D / A nodes, for example, analogue key 9, low-pass filter 11 (usually active), power amplifiers, including output to a DAC (in FIG. 1 not noKasaifei)
