Температура перегретой воды регулируетс  путем перепуска части воды, проход щей через пучок 8, в линию 3. При повышении температуры воды за пучком 8 выше нормы регулирующий орган 10 перепускает часть воды в линию 3. Благодар  увеличению расхода воды через пучок 8 температура воды за пучком понижаетс .
