Description

По авт.св. № 488279 известно устройство дл  зашиты трехфазных электродвигателей от работы на двух фазах при отказа предохранител , содержащее реле посто нного тока, контакт которого включен в цепь управлени  Электродвигателей, а катушка, зашунтированна конденсатором, включена последовательно с тиристором, электроды которого подключены к фазам трехфазной сети. В цепи управлени  тиристором включены диод и резистор. Параллельно предохранител м включены силовые диоды, встречно с тиристором и диодом в цеп гго управлени . Устройство г редохран ет повторное включение двигател  в работу на двух фазах при исчезновении напр жени  в одном из фаз или при отказе предохранител  и не осуществл ет запшту двигател  от работы на двух фазах при отказе силового .контакта м гнитного пускател . Цель изобретени  - повышение надежности Эксплуатации двигателем при отказе контакта электроаппаратуры в процессе их работы. dTO достигаетс  тем, что устройство дл  защиты трехфазного электродвигател  от работы на двух фазах при обрыве силового контакта пускател  по авт.св. № 488279 дополнительно снабжено диодами по числу фаз, причем каждый из диодов включен параллельно каждому силовому контакту, встречно каждой обмотке электродвигател . На чертеже изображена электрическа  функциональна  схема устройства. Обмотка реле 1 посто нного тока, зашунти рованна  конденсатором 2, включена последовательно с тиристором 3. Электроды тиристора 3 подключены к фазам трехфазной сети, содержащей предохранители 4. В цепи управлени  тиристора 3 последовательно установлены диод 5 и резистор 6. Замыкающий контакт 7 реле 1 установлен в цепи управлени  двигателем . Силовые диоды 8 включены паралле.чьно силовым контактам 9 магнитного пускател . Силовые диоды 8 подключены одновременно к электродам тиристора. Устройство обеспечивает защиту двигател  при отказе силового контакта в процесс его 3 работы, a также предотвращает повторное вкл чение двигател  при отказе предохранител  или исчезновении одной из фаз гштающей сеги. При наличии напр жени  всех трех фаз питающей сети тиристор 3 периодически открываетс . Это приводит к срабатыванию реле 1, которое находитс  в данном состо нии в течение всего периода за счет конденсатора 2. При отказе любого из контактов 9 в процессе работы двигател  (отсутствие контакта) благодар  силовому диоду 8 в этой фазе созд етс  вращающеес  магнитное поле, близкое к круговому, и двигатель продолжает работать до отключени .
