Description
Первый планеуарный р д 1 упом нутГО механизма сострит из водила 8, св занного посредством сателлитов 9 с коронной шестерней 10 и солнечной шестерней 11, причем перва из них св зана посредством ш€ стерни 12 с входным валом 13 транс-миссии и с генератором 5, а втооа с ее выходным валом 14. Второй гтланетарный р д 2 выполнен трехзвенн лМ; водило 15 которого соединено с валом 14, коронна шестерн 16 св занс1 посредством сателлитов 9 с водилом 8,а солнечна шестерн 17 - с упом нутой муфтой включени 6.
Третий планетарный р д 3 состоит Из водила 18, которое посредством зубчатой передачи, включающей шс стерни 19 и 20, соединено с электродвигателем 4, а посредством сатешлитов 21 св зано с двум коронными шестерн ми 22 и 23, при этом шестерн 22 соединена с водилом 8, а шестерн 23 - с Шестерней 17.
Потенциометр 24 ) соедин етс с педалью акселератора 25 и питает в зависимости от перемещений акселератора регулируемым напр жением посто нного тока катушку 26 возбуждени генератора переменного тока 5, статорна обмот а которого параллельно соединена с электродвигателем 4. Момент сопротивлени управл ющего электрического мехализма и передаточное число передачи, лоторое отсюда вытекает, остаютс следовательно в зависимости от требуемого возбуждени по отношению к ситуации момента сопротивлени .
Небольшое перемещение акселератор может позволить получить максимгшьну скорость двигател и максимальное увеличение передаточного числа, если момент сопротивлени очень мал. Если момент сопротивлени очень высок, акселератор может быть полностью выжат , обеспечива максимальное значение мощности двигател и малую выходную скорость с большим крут щим моментом . Дл завершени этой конструкции , концевой выключатель 27 последовательно с центробежным контактором 28 позвол ет получить максимальное торможение двигател , когда акселератор отпущен и когда выходной вал вращаетс на минимальной скорости, вз той дл получени .контакта этого центробежного устройства.
Работает устройство следующим образом .
При движении TpaHcnofJTHoro сЕ)едства силовой поток с вала 13 передаетс на шестерню 10, привод во вращение генератор 5 и сателлиты 9, которые , опира сь на шестерню 11, привод т во- вращение водило 8, которое соединено с коронной шестерней 22, и приводит во вращение сателлиты 21 и
через муфту включени 6 шестерню 7. Одновременно с этим приводитс в действие электродвигатель 4 при помощи генератора 5, которые привод т во вращение водило третьего планетарного 5 р да 3, измен тем самым режим работы трансмиссии. При этом момент сопротивлени , создаваемый электродвигателем 4 посредством планетарного р да 2 и, следовательно, скорость
вращени вала 14 вл етс функцией момента сопротивлени на этом валу со стороны дороги.
Следует отметить, что благодар данной конструкции электромеханической трансмиссии скорость входного элемента второго планетарного р да 2 будет функцией скорости управл ющего электрического механизм, В этих услови х при любом режиме основного двигател , скорость вала 14 может проходит:, через весь интервал скоростей от. нул до скорости, пропорциональной скорости вала 13.

- Формула изобретениЭлектромеханическа трансмисси транспортного средства, содержаща тр .ехр дный планетарный механизм с уп-равл е(тыми элементами, состо щими из управл емого асинхронного электродвигател , генератора п-еременного тока и муфты включени , -входной и выходной валы, соединенные соответственно с входным и выходным звень ми планетарного механизма, о тл и ч а ю щ а с тем, что, с целью повышени КПД, первый планетарный р д состоит из водила, св занного посредством сателлитов с солнечной и коронной шестернЯ1.Ш , перва из которых соединена с выходным валом трансмиссии, а втора св зана с входным валом трансмиссии и с генератором переменного тока; второй планетарный р д вы юлнен трехзвенным его водило соединено с выходным залом трансмиссии, коронна шестерн второго планетарного р да св зана посредством сателлитов первого планетарного р да с водилом этого р да, солнечна шестерн второго планетарного р да - с упом нутой м фтой включени , причем третий планетарный р д состоит из водила, которое зубчатой передачей соединено с управл емым асинхронным электродвигателем и посредством сателлитов св зано с двум коронными шестерн ми ,одна така шестерн соединена с во;1илом первого планетарного р да, а друга - через м-уфту включени с солнечной шестерней второго планетарного р да.Источники информации, прин тые во внимание при экспертизе1, Патент ФРГ 875924, кл. 63 с 10,07.05. 53.
