Известен способ углублени вертпужной впадины путем трепанации кортикальной пластинки и удалени спонгиозной ткани 1.
Однако при известном способе возможны внутрисуставные осложнени ..
Целью изобретени вл етс предупрежде. ше внутрисуставных осложнений.
Цель достигаетс тем, что осуществл ют внутритаэовый доступ к проекции вертлужной впадины, отсепаровыввают надкостницу и трепанируют внутреннюю кортикальную пластинку.
Способ осуществл ют следующим образом.
Операцию вьшоли ют внесуставно. Проиэ- г вод т разрез по гребню крыла подвздошной кости, отслаивают надкостницу с внутренней стороны таза. В проекции вертлужной впадины производ т трепанацию внутренней кортикальной пластинки и ложкой удал ют спонгиозную костную ткань из-под полулунного хр ща. В послеоперационном периоде предусматривают
раннюю дозированную нагрузку с. целью внедрени головки бедра вместе с полулунным хр щем внутрь на место удаленной спонгиозной ткани.Предлагаемый способ позвол ет предупредить внутрисуставные осложнени .
