Description
The invention relates to the treatment of industrial gaseous emissions, in particular, to methods for purifying gas-air mixtures from hydrogen sulfide and can be used, for example, in enterprises producing artificial fibers. A known method of cleaning gas-air mixtures from hydrogen sulfide by adsorption of the latter is activated by iodine-impregnated coal l. The disadvantage of this method is the impossibility of maximizing the use of the capacity of the absorption layer layer due to insufficient catalytic activity of the adsorbent. The closest to the invention is a gas adsorption purification method in which, to increase the capacity of the adsorbent, the entire gas stream, after the removal of the extracted impurity in it, is poured into the adsorbent that is in regeneration cycle 2. However, this method requires a significant increase in the volume of the adsorbent reduces its lifespan (59 hours) due to more severe operating conditions, and also complicates the general cleaning scheme. The purpose of the invention is to intensify the process by increasing the service life of the adsorbent. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the method of gas purification from hydrogen sulphide by adsorption by a layer of a coal absorber, the process is carried out in the presence of a pyrolusite layer located after the i1X layer of the absorber, at a ratio of the latter to pyrolusite 9: 1 to 1: 1. The proposed method allows to increase the absorption capacity of the adsorbent by 1.3-1.5 times, which will entail an increase in its service life from 59 to 86 hours and will lead to a decrease in operating costs. The essence of this method is that behind the layer of adsorbent, which has a high absorption capacity with respect to hydrogen sulfide.
При по влений незначительного количества сероводорода после первого сло он будет весь пбг ощатыз вторым слоем, а первый при этг л будет насыщатьс до его полной емкости.have an adsorbent layer with a lower absorption capacity, but a high catalytic activity to hydrogen sulfide. If a small amount of hydrogen sulfide is found after the first layer, it will be all pbg by the second layer, and the first will be saturated with its full capacity.
