Description

Изобретение относитс  к области станкостроени , в частности к делитепь ым устройствам, примен емым; при нанесении делений на наклеечном инструменте сферической формы, который испо зуетс  при шлифовании и полировании сферических оптическах деталей. Известно делительное устройство, содержащее поворотное вокруг горизонтальной оси основание с установленным ка нем поворотным вокруг оси, перпендикул рной оси поворота основани , столом , св занным с делительным диском. С целью расширени  технологическа  возможностей устройство снабжено приводом осевого перемещени  делительно-г го диска, а диск вьтолнен в виде винта причем ось поворота основани  и стола пересекаютс  в плоскости стола. Привод же осевого перемещени  выполнен в виде винтовой пары. На чертеже изображено делительное устройство. Наклеечный инструмент 1 сферической формы размещен на валу 2 с осью 3. На поворотном осиорзании 4 расположен привод 5 вращени  вала 2. Винтова  пара 6 дл  осевого перемещени  вала 2 содержит винт 7 на валу 2 и элемент гайкисухарь 8 на поворотном основании 4. Ось 9 поворота основани  4 пересекает ось -3 поворота вала 2 в центре сферы Haiuiee4Horo инструмента 1, установленного на делительном столе.
