A centrifugal wheel impeller is known, at the entrance to which there is a scattering of abrasive particles, made in the array located evenly along the circumference of the through holes in the main disk, which communicates the cavity of the supercharger with the cavity of the suction head 11. The flow of jets flowing into the main stream, as well as the recirculation of the compressed working fluid to the input, reduce its efficiency in operation. The closest to the technical essence of the proposed is a centrifugal compressor impeller containing rotor blades placed between the main and top disks, and additional blades located on the inlet side of the wheel 12. However, such an impeller is effective only when working on dry dusty gas . The presence in the transported gas of a wet fraction (covdensate, water, oil, etc.) leads to the fact that the main part of the wet abrasive enters the impeller through the internal bore of the covering disk in the form of a film. Breaking down from a rotating disk, fluid droplets and mechanical particles move to the axial disk. Along the way, the wet abrasive wears out the input edges of the working loafs in the middle section along the height of the blades and then concentrates behind the additional blades (which excludes the implementation of the additional blades of the anti-erosion-resistant e-blades), causing intense nojD (pe3 working blades in the middle and peripheral parts of the profiled blades in the middle and peripheral parts), causing intense nojD (pe3 working blades in the middle and peripheral parts of the profiled blades), causing intense nozzles (pe3 working blades in the middle and peripheral portions of the profiled blades). The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of the wheel in operation by reducing erosive wear. This is achieved by the fact that in the proposed wheel additional nonatKHs are located on the inside The width of the surface of the top disk. Moreover, their width is 0.05-0.3 ishrins, the working vanes at the wheel entrance and from the working side are provided with anti-erosion coating, and the output part of the additional blades is thickened and has working teeth on the working side in chess order: Fig. 1 schematically shows the impeller of a centrifugal compressor, section, and Fig. 2 shows the input part of the covering disk from the inside; in fig. 3 - exit edge of the additional blade from the working side. The centrifugal compressor impeller contains blades 1 placed between the main and top disks 2 and 3, and additional blades 4 located on the inner surface 5 of the covering disk 3. The width bi of the additional blades 4 is 0.05-0.3 width b working blades 1 n the entrance to the wheel, from the working side 6 they are provided with anti-corrosion coating. In addition, the output part of the additional blades 4 is made with a thickening 7 and, on the working side 6, has teeth 8 arranged in a checkerboard pattern. When the impeller rotates, a wet abrasive film enters the impeller along the inner surface 5 of the covering disk 3. As a result of interaction with the additional blades 4, the abrasive receives a twist in the circumferential direction, while the relative speed of the impact of the abrasive particles and the blades 1 decreases significantly, - and wheel wear. The thickening 7 of the exit part of the additional blades 4 causes the th edge edge to develop, contributing to the intensive crushing of the abrasive gtenka into small droplets. The tooth i8 on the working side 6 of the exit part also performs the same function. Za1 {the tactile abrasive in the circumferential direction follows further the compressed gas current and, in the bulk, does not interact with the blades 1. In the case of contact with the blades) it causes less wear than the current and uncoiled drops of wet abrasive. In order to reduce the wear of the additional blades 4, their working surface is covered with an erosion-resistant material. The installation of additional blades on the covering disk allows reducing the erosion of the impellers of centrifugal compressors when discharging humid dusty gas and increasing their service life by two or three times. 1. The impeller of a centrifugal compressor is mainly for injecting a humid dusty gas, containing working blades placed between the main and covering disks, and additional blades located on the wheel inlet side, characterized in that, in order to increase reliability in operation, by lowering erosive wear, additional blades are located on the inner surface of the covering disk. 2. A wheel according to claim 1, characterized in that the additional blades have a width of 0.05-0.3 width of the working blade at the wheel inlet and are provided with an anti-erosion coating from the working side. 3. A wheel according to claim 1, characterized in that the output part of the additional blades is made with a thickening and has teeth on the working side, arranged in a checkerboard pattern. , Sources of information, take into account when examining 1.
