5.The invention relates to the field of compressor engineering, mainly to compressors operating on dusty gas. A centrifugal compressor impeller containing a fairing disk, blades and channels for supplying gas to the root zone of the blades from the injection cavity 1 is known. However, this impeller is characterized by additional losses associated with the recirculation of the already compressed gas at the wheel inlet, resulting in a marked decrease in the efficiency of the compressor, and, moreover, the execution of channels in the disk in the area of the input sections of the blades leads to a decrease in the strength characteristics (reliability) of the wheel. It is also known to have a centrifugal compressor impeller that is closest in technical essence and effect to the invention, containing blades mounted on a disk having a fairing in which a central channel is made, muffled on one side and communicated with openings evenly spaced around the circumference and inclined toward the radius of the wheel 2. However, this wheel also has erosive wear of the blade inlet sections, which reduces the reliability of the wheel. The purpose of this invention is to increase reliability by reducing erosive wear. This goal is achieved by the fact that the holes are inclined in the direction of rotation of the wheel at an angle not exceeding 60 °, and the channel is plugged on the disc side, while on the outer surface of the fairing in front of each hole there is a protrusion having a height of 0.1 -1, 7 on the diameter of the hole. FIG. 1 shows the meridional section of the impeller; in fig. 2-section A-A in FIG. 1. The impeller of a centrifugal compressor contains blades 1 mounted on a disk 2 having a fairing 3 in which a central channel 4 is made, muffled on one side and communicated with holes 5 that are evenly spaced around the wheel and inclined to the wheel radius at an angle a not exceeding 60 °, and the channel 4 is plugged on the side of the disk 2, and on the outer surface 6 of the flap 3, in front of each hole 5, a protrusion 7 is made, having a height h of 0.1 -1.7 of the diameter D holes 5.
2.When the wheel rotates, the gas enters the channel 4 and flows out through the holes 5 under pressure, the value of which is proportional to the peripheral speed of the fairing 3 in the area of the holes 5. The abrasive particles flowing from the hole 5 are concentrated by the abrasive particles flowing from the hole 5 concentrated on the outer surface 6 of the fairing 3. the entire width of the working blades 1 at the wheel entrance, excluding the formation of an intensive local undercut on the disk 2.
Так как величина износа пропорциональна относительной скорости соударени абразивной частицы и лопатки в третьей степени, то закрутка абразивной частицы в сторону вращени рабочего колеса приводит к значительному снижению интенсивности износа .The tangential gas outlet from the holes 5 allows not only to scatter the abrasive particles, but also to twist them onto the B side of the wheel. This results in a significant decrease in the relative velocity of the impact of the abrasive particles with the paddles 1. Since the amount of wear is proportional to the relative velocity of the impact of the abrasive particle and paddle in the third degree, the spin of the abrasive particle in the direction of rotation of the impeller leads to a significant decrease in wear intensity.
5.Due to the presence of the protrusion 7, the gas flow does not fall directly on the cut of the hole 5, inclined towards the gas flow, and the speed flow of the latter does not weaken the head of the jet flowing out of the holes 5. Moreover, behind the protrusion 7 there is a decomposition of the gas flow flowing around the protrusion 7 that contributes to the formation of a more intense jet flowing out of the hole 5.
