(54) ПОДШИПНИКОВЫЙ УЗЕЛ(54) BEARING KNOT
Изобретение относитс ,к машиностроению и в частности к устройствам дл контрол скорости в подшипниках качени . Известен подшилниковый узел, содержащий наруж ое и внутреннее кольца, patnoложенные 1меж у ними подвижные элементы (тела качени ,и сепаратор). Одно из тел качениЯ намагничено -и служит элементом дл .енен,и частоты магнитного пол датчика приспосо-блени дл контрол окорости ЛОД1ВИЖНЫ1Х элементов подшвпника 1. Однако при таком выполнении точность измерени зависит от различных загр знений , и;меюш,их место между элементоМ дл изменени частоты магнитного пол и датчиком . Целью изобретени - вл етс повышение точности измерений. Это достигаетс тем, что подшипниковый узел снабжен уплотнительны,ми крышками , смонтпроваННыми с двух icTOpoH подшипника на одном из его .колец, лрн этом на одной из них установлен упом нутый датчкк . На фиг. 1 изображен подшипниковый узел с намагниченньЕМ шарижом, разрез; на фиг. 2 - подшипниковый узел с зубчатым кольцом, разрез; на фиг. 3 - зубчатое кольцо. Подшипниковый узел состоит из наружного 1 и внутреннего 2 колец и подвижных элементов тел качени 3, располол енных в сепараторе 4, датчика 5, чувствительного к из,М€нени ;м (.магнитного пол , вызываемым элементом дл изменени частоты магнитного пол , который может быть выполнен в виде намагниченного тела качени 3 .или в виде кольца 6 с зубь ми 7, .прикрепленного к вращающем)-с кольцу подш.И1Пника, например , к кольцу 2, кольцо 6 молчет крепитьс к сепаратору 4. На самом сепараторе 4 м.огут быть выполнены зубь . Датчик 5 входит в состав приспособлени , дл контрол скорости ПО.ДВ.ИЖНЫХ элементов подш пника (на чертеже не показано). Подшипник имеет уплотнительные крышки 8, смонтированные на одном из его колец , напри.мер на наружном кольце У. ДатЧИ .К 5 установлен на одной .из уплотнительных крышек 8. Подшипниковый узел работает следующим образом. Изменени -магнитного пол , вызываемые пр)1 относительном вращении подвижных элементов, регистрируютс датчиком 5, который расположен внутри замкнутого пространства, ограниченного крышками 8 кольцами / и 2 подшипника, и передаютс при помощи уплотнительного датчика дл дальнейшей о бработ.ки.The invention relates to mechanical engineering and in particular to devices for controlling speed in rolling bearings.
