(54) СЛЕДЯЩИЙ ЭЛЕКТРОПРИВОД ВОЗВРАТНО-ПОСТУПАТЕЛЬНОГО ДВИЖЕНИЯ(54) FOLLOWING ELECTRIC DRIVE OF RETURN-AND-TRANSITIONAL MOTION

Изобретение относитс  к области электромашиностроени , в частности к конструкции след щего электропривода возвратно-поступательного движени . Известен электродвигатель возвратно-поступательного движени , содержащий статор с обмотками управлени , ротор и датчик направлени , установленный на статоре l . Недостатком данной конструкции  в л етс  невозможность обеспечени  про порциональной зависимости между вели чинами входного и выходного перемеще ний привода, отсутствие механической св зи. Известен также след щий электропривод возвратно-поступательного движени , содержащий статор с управл ющей и силовой обмотками и направл ющими , ротор, установленный в направл кхцих статора, и соединенный с силовой обмоткой датчик направлени , выполненный из двух частей, одна из которых укреплена на роторе 2 . Недостатками такой конструкции  вл ютс  значительный вес привода и низкие характеристики из-за наличи  люфтов и упругости в цепи обратной св зи. Из известных конструкций наиболее близкой к изобретению  вл етс  втора  . Целью изобретени   вл етс  улучшение эксплуатационных характеристик и уменьшение веса электропривода. Указанна  цель достигаетс  тем, что ротор след щего электропривода снабжен упорами, направл ющими и наконечником , подвижно установленным в его направл ющих, и втора  часть датчика размещена на наконечнике. На чертеже изображен электропривод с частью продольного разреза. След щий электропривод содержит статор 1 с обмотками 2, направл ющие 3 статора, ротор 4, установленный в направл ющих 3 статора, соединенный с силовой обмоткой датчик 5 направлени  движени , выполненный из двух частей, одна из которых 6 укреплена на роторе 4. Ротор имеет направл ющие 7 и наконечник 8, подвижно установлемный в направл ющих 7 ротора. Ротор 4 перемещаетс  в направл ющих 3 статора, вместе с ним перемещаетс  и часть 6 датчика направлени , жестко закрепленна  на роторе. The disadvantages of this design are the significant drive weight and low performance due to the presence of backlash and elasticity in the feedback circuit. Of the known structures, the second is the closest to the invention. The aim of the invention is to improve the performance and reduce the weight of the drive. This goal is achieved by the fact that the rotor of the following electric drive is provided with stops, guides and a tip movably mounted in its guides, and the second part of the sensor is placed on the tip. The drawing shows the drive with part of a longitudinal section. The following electric drive contains a stator 1 with windings 2, guides 3 stator, rotor 4 mounted in stator guides 3, connected to the power winding motion direction sensor 5, made of two parts, one of which 6 is fixed on the rotor 4. The rotor has guides 7 and tip 8, movably mounted in guides 7 of the rotor. The rotor 4 moves in the guides 3 of the stator, and the part 6 of the direction sensor rigidly fixed to the rotor also moves with it. The second part 9 of the sensor, fixed on the bottom of the arrester 8, moves with it.
