Description
Scientific research institutes from winding. Two rectangular bands of insulating material are introduced into the tube, which serve for insulating the longitudinal elbow of the coils. The length of each of the two strips of insulating material corresponds approximately to the internal distance between the two winding heads. Both strips of the insulating material are folded into a C-shaped form and pressed against the outer surface of the longitudinal elbow of the coil, after which, in the region of both narrow edges, one insulating body is pushed onto the coil. Both insulating bodies hold the insulated material together. that ensures the stability of the shape of the freely located coil. The isolation process, thus, cannot be automated, it must be hand-made with great care so that the body of artificial material is placed on it to avoid displacement of the C-shaped folded into the coil longitudinal knee of the insulating material and therefore, do not degrade the overall insulation. In addition, when removing the coil from the winding core, despite neatly applied adhesive tape, it is impossible to exclude displacements of individual layers of coils relative to each other, which leads to an uneven load on the insulation and decrease the service life of the coil. The purpose of the invention is to simplify and increase the reliability of the coil design, as well as reduce the cost of manual labor and achieve full automation of the method of manufacturing this coil. This is achieved by the fact that a coil of an electrical induction device containing insulating shells, a winding of insulated conductor, on two opposite right side of which there are strips of insulating diopic material, and two others - hollow insulating shells, strips of insulating material are made in the form of boxes , the large sides of which are equal to the height of the coil, and their ends are abutted against the walls of the inner Cavities of the insulating shells, with the edges of the boxes overlapped and fastened together by a sticky thermoplastic composition. Such a coil can be manufactured by the method in which the strip insulation material is processed mainly by cutting, an adhesive thermoplastic composition is applied to one side of the strip, then they are folded into a C-shaped configuration, stamped in pairs in the ends and wound after which the free ends of the insulating strips are bent overlapping each other at the location of the glue; 1; With the glue, a static force is applied with simultaneous heating, then, after the place has hardened, the coil is removed Ima with a mandrel. As a result of the fact that, with the new method, the coils laid directly on the strips of insulating material are imitated on their longitudinal edges by gluing the coils of insulating material laid on C-shaped strips of the insulating material, a ready-made coil of durable stable shape is obtained. After being removed from the winding core, it can be further processed and stored in bulk. this eliminates the risk that some of the coils may run on each other. An additional work step, which is associated with considerable costs, consists in applying adhesive tape in the region of the winding heads. Pa figs. 1 shows a choke with a coil in accordance with the invention, side view; FIG. 2 - choke according to FIG. 1, to the right of the 1 metric line, front air terminal, to the left of the symmetric line, section A-A in fcg. 1, front view; fng 3 - throttle coil according to FIG. 1 before winding; FIG. 4 shows a strip of insulation material of the coils according to FIG. 3, vn / (, from above; in Figs. 5, 6 - Katuplka in Fig. 3, after applying all the turns immediately before and after bending and gluing the insulating material covering the longitudinal coil knee, the cross section of the coil of the coil and the side view ; Fig. 7 - coil of Fig. 6, top view; Fig. 8 - coil no fi) -. 7 with shchgon cases mounted on kotstsa nzol; Fig, 9 - coil in fn1. 8, view snnzu. Shown on fng. 1 and 2, the choke 1 has a core 2, which bears the winding, made in the form of a loosely crimped coil 3. The core 2 n of the coil 3 is surrounded by the sheath 4, which also consists of leaf plates. The shell 4 and the heart 2 are held together by the mounting bed 5, the envelopes of the ends 6 of which are inserted under the spring, by the action of the spring in the grooves 7 in the shell 4. From the end part, two isolating housings 8, 9 are mounted on the shell 4 on both sides close the winding heads of the coil 3 on the outside. The insulating bodies 8, 9 are fixed on the mounting pin 5, the insulating bodies 9 secure the terminal 10, which allows the ends of the coil 3 to be connected by two power wires on the mounting bus 5. . 3–9 in more detail, the atushka 3 has a rectangular shape, the cusp consists of two pairs of paullello friend; the fugue of longitudinal ruts
11 coils and two winding heads 12 connecting them at the narrow edges of the coil. The coil is made of layers of separate turns arranged one above the other from thin copper wire insulated with varnish. It is made freely located, i.e., no coil elements are provided to give it an arbitrary shape, or similar fasteners.
Продольные колена 11 катушки изолированы таким образом от сердечника 2 и оболочки 4 полосами 13 изол нионного материала .The longitudinal elbows 11 of the coil are thus isolated from the core 2 and the sheath by 4 strips 13 of insulating material.
The strips 13 of thin gnb nzol of the non-material have a rectangular cross section, the length of which is slightly longer than the total broken length of the coil 3. The holes 14 are provided in the shape of windows with torn bits. the lateral edges 15 of which, arranged in a strip of insulating material, run parallel and at a distance from each other, corresponding to the distance between the inner edges of the winding canals 12. From both edges 15, the side edges diverge from each other outwardly from each other 16, as shown in FIG. 4. In the vicinity of one of the longitudinal side edges 17, a trail 18 of a sticky substance is deposited, having an adhesive power only in a heated state. On the strip 13 of insulating material, two lines of folds 19 run parallel to each other. The strip 13 of the insulating material, bent C-shaped, is attached directly to the longitudinal elbows 11 and glued over the overlapped ends 17 with the help of a trace of 18 adhesive material. The tubular sheath of the longitudinal leg 11 of the coil thus obtained gives the whole coil construction the necessary stability. Owing to the holes 14 in the form of windows, protruding bends 19 are formed in the strips 13 of the insulating material, which (see Figs. 7 and 8) protrude on the outer edge of the longitudinal elbow 11 beyond the winding heads 12 and thereby cover these heads outside.
The manufacture of the roller 3 described in this way is as follows. A rectangular winding core 20 is provided with a winding machine. the dimensions of which correspond to the free internal space of the coil, impose on the two longitudinal edges lying one opposite to each other two strips 13 of insulating material, which fold along the line 21 folds previously into a U-shape, as shown in FIG. 3, 5. Thereafter, copper wire is wound directly on both strips of insulating material until
6) и склеиваютс друг с другом под действием давлени и теплоты по следу 18 клейкого материала.the necessary number of turns will be reached, after which the winding is completed. Then, the free knees of both strips of insulating material, adjacent tightly to the longitudinal knees 11 of the coil, are bent in a downward direction, so that a C-shaped fold of the band 13 of the insulating material is generally obtained, with the side edges 17 mutually overlapping (see Fig. 6) and stick together with each other under the influence of pressure and heat on the track 18 of the adhesive material.
The finished isolated coil of the longitudinal elbows 11 coil is then removed from the winding core 20, and the individual turns of the coil are compressed several times so that the sheath consisting of insulating material from the two strips of the coil is fitted with a patch. The coil in such a state forms a stable shape with which it is possible to handle freely without special care, because the coil knees are protected from external influences.
In order to isolate the winding heads 12, both insulated bodies 8.9 (see FIGS. 8, 9), having two slots 22, separated from each other by a tongue 23, are pulled from the end of the roller 3 from the end, they cover both of the insulated rolls 11. prprchem tongue 23 enters the space between the knees of the coil.
3).The described manufacturing method allows for the fully automatic execution of this process in a known winding machine. In this case, strips of insulating material may, for example, be fed continuously from a roller, subjected to punching on a punching machine, and then automatically superimposed previously bent in a C-shape onto both opposite surfaces of the winding core 20. During the process of winding the wire, this tape can be supported side with the help of holders 24 (see Fig. 3).
