Description

Раствор 5,6 г (0,1 мол ) гидроокиси в 100мл метанола перемешивают при 15°С с 25,1 г (0,1 мол ) S - (4 - метилциклогексил) - f - (3 -пиридил ) тйонокарбамата до образовани  гомоген ного раствора. В этот раствор по капл м добавл ют при 15-20°С 22,7 г (0,1 мол ) п трет бутилбензилбромида . Полученный раствор выдерживают при 25° С в течение 3 ч и затем реакщюную смесь выливают в 400 мл охлажденной на льду воды.
Вьшавшее масл нистое вещество экстрагируют 200 мл этилацетата. Экстракт промывают один раз 200 мл воды и сушат над безводным сульфатом натри . Затем растворитель отгон ют в вакууме и получают 33,9 г светло-желтого масл нистого соединени , выход 85,5%.
Аналогично примеру 1 можно получить указанные в таблице соединени .
