Description

(54) АППАРАТ ДЛЯ РЕПОЗИЦИИ И ФИКСАЦИИ КОСТНЫХ ОТЛОМКОВ
огверсгием 17 разного диаметра на концах установленного на браншах скоб 1-4, и гайки 18.
После наложени  аппарата на костные отломки с помощью разводных гаек 19
дистракторов б устран ют смешение отломков по длине с последующей дистракцией или компрессией костных отломков при необходкмости . При наличии углового смещени  во фронтальной .плоскости в большей степени развод т винт со стороны открытого угла. Устранение смещени  отломков по ширине и устранение ротационных смещен«{й осуществл етс  с помощью репонируюших устройств. Дл  устранени  смещени  Koct ных отломков по щирине во фронтальной плоскости вращают винты 11 цилиндров S. Смещение отломков по щирине/в сагиттальной плоскости устран етс  вращением вингов 1О цилиндров 7. При ротационном смешеннн в больщей степени вращают винт 1О соответствующей стороны.
Нат жение и фиксаци  спщ 5 (фиг.2) в аппарате производитс  с помош|Е: ю щтуцера 15« который входит в канал скобы аналогии ного сечени . После проведени  спицы 5 через конечность, утолщенна  ее часть помещаетс  в камеру скобь. Затем на спицу 5 надевают штуцер 15, поворачивают на 90 и фиксируют стопорным винтом 20. Опира с на кра  узкой части канала, штуцер 15
прочно фиксируетс . После этого прогивоположные острые концы спицы 5 с помощью зажнМных болтов 21 прочно закрепл ютс , а путем вращени  гаек 18 зафиксированные с двух сторон спицы 5 нат гиваютс .

Claims (2)

1.Аппарат дл  репозиции и фиксации костных отломков, содержащий скобы, спицы с утолщением в конце, спиценат гиват ли , дистракторы, фиксирующие элементы и порщневые репонирующие устройства, выполненные в виде цилиндров, поршней и винтов, отличающийс  тем, что, с целью обеспечени  возможности угловых смещений костных отломков в двух плоскост х и уменыиени  времени на наложение аппарата, цилиндры поршневых репонирующих устройств устаноЕшены в корпусах, св занных
с дистракторами, имеющих продольные вьрезы и стопорные винты, с возможностью независимого поворота вокруг продольной оси корпусов.
2.Аппарат по п. 1, отличающийс   гем, что спиценат гиватели выполнены
в виде цилиндрического штуцера с наружной резьбой, лыской и центральным отверстием разного диаметра на концах, установленного на бранщах скоб, и гайки.
