Изобретение относитс к способам получени аминокислот, в частности L-лизина или кормового концент1рата L-лизина, используемого дл обогащени корма дл животноводства .The invention relates to methods for producing amino acids, in particular L-lysine or L-lysine feed concentrate, used to enrich animal feed.
0,6.A known method for producing L-lysine by deep fermentation when growing the producer of Brevibacterium Sp-22 in a nutrient medium. The disadvantage of this method is that during fermentation, as a result of a change in the composition of the nutrient medium, the growth rate of the cells decreases, and their morphology also changes. Biomass is aging, autolysis processes take place in it, and the physiological and biochemical activity of the cells decreases. Such a method cannot be used to control the stages of biomass accumulation and lysine synthesis, which leads to a decrease in lysine yield. In addition, the fermentation process is salted with abundant foaming, which does not allow for a higher coe ratio: the filling factor of the fermenter is higher than 0.6.
2The aim of the invention is to increase the yield of lysine. This goal is achieved due to the fact that the cultivation of a producer is carried out with a non-periodic 1M addition of a sterile solution of one of the components of the nutrient medium, for example, molasses, which provides maintenance of: a2

The method is described as follows.
The product of Brevibacterium Sp-22 is grown in the laboratory in flasks on rocking chairs and then in 5 m1 fermenters. Production of L-lysine fermentation is carried out in 50 m fermenters with continuous aeration and stirring at 30-31 ° C for 2 -3 days Production fermentation is carried out on a nutrient medium of the following composition,%: molasses (48% sugar) - 15-18; corn extract - 1.5-2; K2NRO4-0.04. Air flow is regulated depending on the stage of fermentation; in the exothermic phase compared with the log; the rhymic phase of the development of microorganisms is 1.5–2 times less air consumption. When the content of reducing substances is 1.5-0.6%, 20% solution of the molasses is added to the culture liquid but the molasses solution for the content of reducing substances in molasses is 2.5-3%. . The molasses solution can also be fed to the fermenter in a pulsed mode at the sterilization temperature. Depending on the rate of consumption of the reducing substances and the filling level of the fermenter, the solution of molasses is added several times (2-3), through
0,8.every 6-8 hours before. the maximum fill factor of the fermenter is 0.8.
At the end of fermentation, L-lysine is stabilized in a culture liquid with hydrochloric acid to pH 4.5-6.5 and sodium bisulfite (0.1-0.2% by weight of the liquid). The stabilized culture fluid is evaporated in an evaporator and dried in a spray dryer to a powder. From the culture fluid
можно также выделить L-лизин в кристаллическом виде одним из известных способов.it is also possible to isolate L-lysine in crystalline form by one of the known methods.
The table shows the comparative data on the application of this and previously known methods.
40%.Thus, this method of producing lysine allows increasing the accumulation of lysine in a liquid up to 30 g / l and increasing the productivity of fermenters up to 40%.
