Изобретение относитс  к исслецованию Прочностных свойств материала, а именно к упро нению материала давлением. Известны устройства дл  упрочени  ма териала давлением, содержащие узел дл  д формировани , имеющий два сообщенных ка па, в одном из которых (большего диаметр размещаютс  заготовка, и узел дл  нагру жени , при помощи которого проталкивают заготовку во второй канал меньшего диаметра. Однако известные устройства характеризуютс  больщими; рабочими усили ми, не обходимыми дл  упрочнени  материала при проталкивании заготовки из большого канала в меньший, и невозможностью из-за этого получать заготовки достаточно большого диаметра. Целью изобретени   вл етс  снижение рабочих усилий. Дл  этого каналы узла дл  деформировани  расположены поц углом оцин к цру гому и имеют одинаковые диаметры, равные диаметру заготовки. Кроме того, узел дл  деформировани  снабжен поворотными - вокруг своих осей втулками, отверсти  е, | которых  вл ютс  каналами узла дл  ) мировани , и съемными вкладышами с отверсти ми; соедин ющими отверсти  втулок между собой под углом. На чертеже приведена схема конструкции устройства. Устройство дл  упрочнени  материала давлением содержит корпус 1 узла дл  деформировани , имеющего два канала 2 и 3, пересекающихс  между собой. Каналы 2 и 3 выполнены в виде отверстий в ноы)ротных вокруг своих осей втулках 4 и 5 И в сменных вкладыщах 6 и 7. В каналы 2 и 3 втулок 4 и 5 помещены два плунжера 8 и 9, Ус1ройство работает следуюи1им образом . Заготовку помещают в канал 2 втулки 4 и при помощи плунжера 8 проталкивают в капал 3 втулки 5. После перемещени  заготовки 1О во втулку 5 ее поворачивают и заготовку 10 при помощи плун-, жера 9 проталкивает в канал 2 втулки 4.The invention relates to the investigation of the strength properties of a material, namely to the simplification of a material by pressure.
