The invention relates to the field of ferrous metallurgy, in particular to the issues of smelting complex master alloys and out-of-furnace processing of iron-carbon alloys.
%: 20-60 chromium; 20-60 manganese; 0.5-5.0 silicon; 0.7-2.0 carbon; the rest is iron. Such a ligature contains a large amount of alloying elements (chromium and manganese) and a small amount of modifying elements (silicon and carbon). When cast iron is processed, it causes the appearance in the microstructure of an increased amount of the carbide phase, which reduces the properties of the metal. Therefore, the ligature can only be used for the treatment of hypoeutectic iron. When processing cast iron with a composition close to eutectic and obtaining high mechanical properties, it is necessary to further treat the metal with modifying additives like silicocalcium or ferrosilicon.
%:To improve the physicomechanical properties of the processed alloy, copper is introduced into the composition of the proposed alloy and the components are taken in the following ratio, weight. %:

The choice of the composition of the ligature of copper and manganese is determined depending on the required content of these components in iron and steel. So, in a cast iron, max. Mechanical properties are observed at a copper content of 1.5-2.0 weight. % and manganese 1.3-1.6 weight,%. If we consider that in the initial m. Of cast iron the copper content does not exceed 0.2 weight. % and the manganese content is within
0.6-1.0 weight. %, the maximum mechanical properties of cast iron can be obtained by using 3-4% of the proposed ligature. Enter into the composition of the ligature 10.0 weight. % chromium is required when using treated
% обусловлено необходимостью повышени квазиизотропии металла при изготовлении отливок с большой разностснностью .cast iron for casting castings with a large wall thickness. An increase in silicon content up to 10 wt. % due to the need to increase the quasi-isotropy of the metal in the manufacture of castings with high variability.
Example. Ligatures of the following composition are smelted from ferroalloys and cathode copper, wt. %: copper 52.7; manganese 28.3; chromium 4.61; silicon 7.56; carbon 0.67; sulfur 0.06; phosphorus
0.09 and the rest is iron. 3 The melting point of the ligature is 1035-170 ° C. A ligature of 3.85% by weight of the molten metal is introduced to the bottom of the ladle. Picking iron has - the following composition, weight. %: carbon 9.26; silicon 1.48; manganese5 0.72; sulfur 0.05 and phosphorus 0.11. After ligature treatment, cast iron has the following composition, weight. %: carbon 3.22 :; CINII 1.69; manganese 1.64; copper 1.92; chromium 0.16; sulfur 0.05 and phosphorus 0.08.10 The study of the mechanical properties of cast iron on the samples shows that the resulting cast iron has a flexural strength of 57.1-62.3 kg / mm, a deflection boom of i3.5-4.5 MM and a tensile strength of 15 breaking 28.3-30.8 kg / mm. The study of experimental castings shows that with a wall thickness of 100–160 mm and a casting weight of 4, 150–200 kg of cast iron has a hardness of 205–241 HB with a completely pearlitic microstructure. The mechanical properties of cast iron correspond to cast iron of the grade SCh-28-48. The subject matter of the invention is a ligature containing manganese, chromium, silicon, carbon, iron, characterized in that, in order to improve the physicomechanical properties of the alloy being processed, copper is introduced into its composition and the components are taken in the following ratio, weight. %: Copper 45.0-65.0 Manganese 25.0-35.0 Chromium 0.1 -10.0 Silicon 0.1 -10.0 Carbon 0.2-1.7 Iron Rest
