Description

Линзовые компенсаторы примен ютс , как известно, дл  трубопроводов низкого давлени , транспортирующих пар, газ, воздух, воду и т. д. Цель их, как и компенсаторов других типов, воспринимать тепловые удлинени . Известно уже изготовление их из кольцевых согнутых труб, равно как предлагалс  и способ изготовлени , состо щий в том, что выштамповывались полуволны, которые между собой сваривались по окружности, но в этих компенсаторах сварной шов, наход сь на наиболее напр женном месте волны, подвергаетс  изгибающим напр жени м , что неблагопри тно вли ет на их работу. При применении же насто щего способа изготовлени  путем разрезки колец труб по наружной или внутренней окружности кольца, соответственно с изготовл емой волной компенсатора , щов приходитс  на наименее напр женное место волны. Дл  своего осуществлени  способ не требует специального оборудовани  и может быть выполнен самосто тельно любым заводом .Lens compensators are used, as is well known, for low pressure pipelines transporting steam, gas, air, water, etc. Their purpose, like other types of compensators, is to perceive thermal elongation. For its implementation, the method does not require special equipment and can be performed independently by any factory.

Берут стальную цельнот нутую трубу (фиг. 2), диаметром равную щирине волны, и загибают ее (трубу) в кольцо, наружный диаметр которого должен быть равен наружному диаметру волны, и сваривают концы ее (фиг. 3). По внутреннему диаметру кольца прорезают автогеном стенку трубы, а затем отбортовывают кра , придава  трубе форму жолоба в сечении. Таким образом получают верхнюю часть волны (фиг. 4). Нижн   часть волны изготовл етс  таким же путем, т. е. также загибают трубу, диаметром равную ширине волны, в кольцо, внутренний диаметр которого равен внутреннему диаметру волны, а затем после прореза, сделанного автогеном по внешнему диаметру кольца, отбортовывают кра , получа  также жолоб , в сечении кольца (фиг. 5). Затем верхнюю и нижнюю части волны сваривают и образуют целую волну (фиг. 6). По желанию можно изготовить компенсатор из двух волн, трех и больше. Крайние полуволны выполн ютс  несколько иначе, так как необходимо один край полуволны отвернуть, надеть фланец и оп ть отбортовать (фиг. 7). Таким образом и получают полный компенсатор (фиг. 8). Thus, a full compensator is obtained (Fig. 8). The process of bending and flanging the pipes must be carried out in a hot condition.
