Предлагаемое устройство отличаетс  от известных тем, что гайка дополнительно имеет наружную нарезку с шагом, меньшим шага внутренней резьбы, и ввинчена в резьбовое отверстие , выполненное в рабочем колесе. Это условие уменьшает момент зат жкн , т. е, момент зат жки становитс  таким, каким был бы он на -обычной гайке с шагом резьбы, равным разности шагов описываемой гайки.
