This invention relates to mountain np thinking. A pneumatic hammer is known, which contains a cylinder, a nickname impact on the chambers of the working and idling passages, the main exhaust port and a system of channels that constantly connect the chambers to the compressed air network and periodically to the atmosphere. The proposed hammer is characterized in that in the cylinder there are exhaust chokes located below and above the main exhaust port. Such an embodiment of the air hammer allows it to be reliably and smoothly started. The drawing shows a principal scheme of the proposed pneumatic hammer. It consists of cylinder 1, in the walls of which the main exhaust port 2 and exhaust pipes are mounted 3 and 4. The cylinder in the lower part has a calibrated channel 5, and in the upper part there is a calibrated channel 6. Inside the cylinder there is a hammer 7 resting on the shank working tool 8. Exhaust port 2 divides the internal cavity of the cylinder into the chambers of the worker 9 and idle 10 strokes. Chamber 9 through channel 6 is permanently connected to the compressed air network, and through exhaust port 2 and the throttle is the 3rd atmosphere. The chamber 10 through the calibrated channel 5 is permanently connected to the compressed air network and periodically through the exhaust throttle 4 with the atmosphere. The exhaust port 2 and the exhaust choke 3 are connected to the atmosphere. At the moment of smooth start, the compressed air, entering through the calibrated channel 5 into the chamber 10, pushes the shock 7 upwards. Due to the fact that the exhaust throttle 3 of the chamber 9 communicates with the atmosphere, the hammer, even with a small pressure pulse from the chamber 10, rises to the level of the exhaust throttle 3. The lower edge of the hammer 7 opens the exhaust throttle 4. After inertia, the hammer stops and immediately begins to move in the direction of the tool shank 8. The back pressure pulse in chamber 10 due to the exhaust from it is easily overcome by a pulse from chamber 9, and the drummer strikes the tool. The rebound impulse and pressure impulse acting at the beginning of the second operating cycle on
ударник, забрасывает его значительно выше, чем в первом цикле.the drummer throws him significantly higher than in the first cycle.
5.In the steady-state mode, the striker reciprocates under the action of its constant air flow into chamber 9 through the channel, beating chamber 10 through channel 5.
5 SThe dimensions of the exhaust chokes 3 and 4 (cross-sectional area) relative to the exhaust port 2 are small. Due to the small size of the throttles 3 and 4 and the high speed of the striker at the moment of their passage under the steady-state design mode, they do not have a significant effect on the change of the working process.
