Description

Известно устройство дл  растаривани  мешков с сыпучим материалом, включающее механизм переворота и «ож, расположенный над приемным бункером. С целью повышени  эффективности устройства в работе оно снабжено механизмом перемеш ,ени , выполненным в виде двух бесконечных лент, установленных наклонно, а ленты снабжены прижимными роликами, установленными наклонно, и армированы тросом. На чертеже показано предлагаемое устройство с разрезом по Л - А. Устройство включает механизм переворота 7 и нож 2, расположенный над приемным бункером 3. Устройство снабжено механизмом перемеш ени  4, выполненным в виде двух бесконечных лент. Ленты снабжены прижимными подпружиненными роликами 5, установленными наклонно, и армированы тросом. Устройство работает следующим образом. С механизма переворота / мешок на выходе с .подаюш;его конвейера 6 попадает на механизм перемещени  4, который выполнен в виде двух параллельно следующих конвейеров, установленных нод углом 16-20° к вертикальной оси. Механизм перемещени  4 вращени  синхронно по ходу движени  мешка.
