For example, the Ligature is melted in open induction electric furnaces with a capacity of 150 kg using a mixture of ferrosilicon, ferronickel, electrolytic copper, carbon ferrochrome, cobalt, bo electrodes, steel scrap, and titanium borides. When the temperature reaches 1270 ° C, boron nitrides are introduced into the melt, allowed to stand for 1-3 minutes, and cast into flat molds. The composition of cast iron, wt.%: Carbon 2,6; silicon 1,8; manganese 1,2; Nickel; 0.3; chromium 0.06; sulfur 0.03 and iron - the rest.
В процессе разливки модифицированного чугуна лигатурами со&Experimental melts of cast iron with a hypoeutectic composition are produced in an induction open electric furnace with the melt overheated by 300-380 ° C above the liquidus temperature. Modification of cast iron is carried out with melt being released into ladles at 1400-1430 ° C with crushed ligature in an amount of 0.06-0.07% by weight of cast iron. In the process of casting modified cast iron ligatures with &

As can be seen from the table. 2, cast iron treated with the proposed ligature, which additionally contains titanium borides, boron nitride and magnesium, has higher and more stable mechanical properties, and the stability of the modifying effect
Предлагаема лигатура технологична при выплавке, имеет температуру плавлени 1320-1370°С, хорошо усваиваетс чугуном, равномерно в нем раствор етс .lasts longer than when modified with a known ligature. The proposed ligature is technological during smelting, has a melting point of 1320-1370 ° C, is well absorbed by cast iron, and dissolves evenly in it.
