Указанный электрод обеспечивает предел текучести металла шва в исходном после сварки состо нии 90-105 кг/мм (880-1030 МПа).The specified electrode provides the yield strength of the weld metal in the initial state after welding of 90-105 kg / mm (880-1030 MPa).
The disadvantage of this electrode is the low stability of austenite in the weld metal during cooling from temperatures higher than Asz due to the lack of necessary
5 (not less than 0.14% by mass) the amount of carbon and the ratio between the latter and nickel. In addition, an increased content of manganese in the weld metal (0.6 wt.%) Leads to a decrease in the plastic characteristics of the weld metal — impact toughness and relative elongation. The presence of hydrophilic components, such as potassium titanate or feldspar, in the form of hydroxyethylcellulose in the coating electrode of the welding electrode, leads to an increase in the moisture content in the coating, which entails an increase in the amount of hydrogen dissolved in the weld metal, resulting in

0 flocs, unacceptable from the point of view of the long-term strength of defects in the weld metal. The prototype is an electrode according to ed. St. No. 603543, the closest in composition and intended for welding high-strength steels.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the crack resistance of the weld metal and improve the welding-technological properties of the electrode.
0 The marble introduced into the composition of the electrode coating within the proposed limits provides the amount of C02 + CO gas mixture necessary to protect the molten weld pool from the atmosphere,
5 formed during the dissociation of marble. In addition, calcium oxide, remaining as a product of the dissociation of marble in the slag phase, together with other slag-forming components, forms an easily separable slag crust. A decrease in the marble content below the claimed limit leads to a deterioration in the gas protection of the weld pool and, consequently, to an increase in the nitrogen content in the metal.
5 weld, which reduces the value of toughness; Increasing the marble content over the claimed limit affects the welding-technological properties of the electrodes, in particular, leads to the formation of
0 such weld defects as slagging. Introduced in the claimed limits, fluorspar, along with marble, provides the necessary slag protection, which contributes to the satisfactory formation of the weld bead in all spatial positions. Reducing the content of fluorspar in the proposed coating impairs the formation of a weld bead. Exceeding this
The level leads to deterioration of the welding-technological properties of the electrodes when welding in the vertical and ceiling positions due to the fact that the slag does not completely cover the weld bead.
Увеличение количества вводимых раскислителей выше указанных пределов приводит к увеличению содержани экзогенных включений на их основе, что снижает механические характеристики металла шва (наплавленного металла).Ferrotitanium and ferrosilicon introduced into the coating as a deoxidizing weld metal. These components reduce the oxygen content in the weld metal, which leads to an increase in toughness. A decrease in the amount of added deoxidizing agents below the indicated limits leads to an increase in the content of oxygen dissolved in the metal and, consequently, to a decrease in toughness. An increase in the number of input deoxidizers above the specified limits leads to an increase in the content of exogenous inclusions based on them, which reduces the mechanical characteristics of the weld metal (weld metal).
Rutile was introduced into the composition of the coating within the prescribed limits and in a given ratio with ferrotitanium in order to improve the welding-technological properties of the electrode, in particular, to regulate the molten moltenness of the slag during welding and to form weld metal rollers during welding in different spatial positions. When the rutile content in the electrode coating exceeds the specified limits or the ratio FeTi 1: 1.75, the resulting slag, due to its fluidity, does not allow welding in the overhead position or on the vertical plane: during the overlaying process, the slag crust does not hold the molten metal and a satisfactory roll formation takes place. When the rutile content decreases below the stated limit (7 wt.%) or when the FeTi: TiOa ratio 1: 1.50 decreases, so-called Eaten birch bark is a type of roller surface, which, as is well known, leads to the contamination of the weld metal (weld metal) with slag particles.
The introduction of granulated ferrosilicon and iron powder into the coating of the electrode pursues two goals: improving the welding-technological properties of the electrodes and improving the rheological properties of the coating mass of the coating in the mechanized method of manufacturing welding electrodes. The use of these components in the stated limits contributes to the stabilization of the mass outflow during pressure testing due to their rounded shape, which ensures the absence of an eccentricity of the coating relative to the rod and
From the point of view of increasing the welding-technological properties, the use of granulated ferrosilicon and iron powder as components favorably affects the stability of the arc, the period of short circuits, and the increase in the deposition rate. In addition, the absence of an eccentricity of the coating relative to the rod facilitates the manipulation of the electrode during welding in various spatial positions due to the absence of peaks.
Iron powder in the limits of the limits regulates the content of alloying elements in the weld metal and contributes to an increase in comparison with the prototype and analogue of the deposition rate,
Nickel introduced into the rod within the specified limits, in combination with a higher chromium content compared to the prototype and the analogue, ensures deep hardenability of the metal bainite during quenching of large-sized products with a cross section

Введение молибдена в стержень электрода в указанных пределах обеспечивает подавление отпускной хрупкости наплавленного металла при сварке (наплавке) из0 делий большого сечени , требующих по существующим технологи м их сварки медленного охлаждени .The introduction of molybdenum into the rod of the electrode within the specified limits ensures the suppression of the temper brittleness of the weld metal during welding (surfacing) from 0 products of large cross section, which, according to the existing technologies of their welding, require slow cooling.
The content of manganese in the coating of the electrode within the specified limits provides

A decrease in the amount of manganese introduced into the composition of the coating leads to the appearance of low-melting liquid impurities, in particular, eutectics, which leads to a decrease in technological strength.
0 An increase in the manganese content above the stated limits leads to a decrease in the plastic characteristics of the weld metal (weld metal), in particular, to a decrease in the relative elongation and impact strength,
The increase compared with the prototype and analogue of the carbon and nickel content in the weld metal due to the introduction of graphite and nickel in the proposed limits of the e coating and due to the content
Увеличение содержани графита в покрытии или углерода в стержне и никел в стержне или в покрытии приводит к облегчению диффузии углерода в теле зерна и скоплению образующихс в процессе высокотемпературной обработки карбидов к границам зерен, что повышает склонность к трещинообразованию.carbon and nickel in the rod within the claimed limits and ratios improves the stability of austenite during cooling from temperatures higher than ASZ., which leads to an increase in the guaranteed tensile strength up to 720 MPa and toughness to S150 MJ / m2 after high-temperature treatment. In addition, the provision of a specified content of carbon and nickel in the weld metal contributes to an increase in crack resistance. The tendency to the formation of cracks was quantitatively determined by the breakdown of TsNIITMASH. In turn, the content of carbon and nickel in the specified limits in the weld metal can be ensured only if the ratio between the amount of graphite in the coating and carbon in the rod and the nickel in the coating and the electrode rod is observed. A decrease in the content of graphite in the coating or carbon in the rod and nickel in the coating or rod below the stated limits leads to a decrease in the stability of austenite, which contributes to a significant embrittlement of the weld metal (weld metal). Increasing the content of graphite in the coating or carbon in the rod and nickel in the rod or in the coating results in facilitating the diffusion of carbon in the grain body and the accumulation of carbides formed during high-temperature processing of the carbides to the grain boundaries, which increases the tendency to crack formation.
Ferrovanadium, in combination with carbon and nickel, predetermines the stability of the strength properties of the weld metal, forming chromium resistant carbides, which prevents the diffusion of carbon to the grain boundaries during high temperature processing. Exceeding the upper limit of the content of ferrovanadium leads to embrittlement of the weld metal. Reducing below the specified limit the content of ferrovanadium in the electrode coating facilitates the process of diffusion of carbon to the grain boundaries, which reduces the strength characteristics of the weld metal.
