2 .It is known that microorganisms decompose various synthetic organic substances 1 and 2.
However, the decomposition rate in this case is not high (only about 80% of the cardons are decomposed in 8 days)
The purpose of the invention is to obtain a strain capable of more actively decomposing a wide range of FOP.
As such a strain, the Bacillus megaterium 501 strain from the ARRIAM collection is proposed.
The strain has the following morphological and physiological and biochemical characteristics.
Morphological signs. Bacteria are fixed large rods with a size of 1.2-4 microns. Spore-forming. Spores withstand pasteurization at 80 ° C. Gram-positive. The colonies on the MPA are 3–10 mm in size, round, convex, shiny, flat as flat, folded, and grayish-white as they age.
6,8-7,4Physiological and biochemical signs of Aerobe. The optimum growth is 25-30 ° C. The limits of growth 0-40 ° C. Grows at pH 6.5-8.0 Optimum pH 6.8-7.4

It is stored and maintained on m ca peptone agar at 4-6 ° C with 6 months of reseeding or on semi-liquid (0.7% agar) MPA under liquid paraffin.
6,8- 7,4.The strain is grown on a nutrient medium of the following composition, g / l: (MNFOz 0.5; MgS04 0.3; CaCOz 0.3; phosphate buffer KNaOH + N32HP04 (0.2 M, pH 6.8-7.4) 40 ml ; yeast extract 0.3-0.5 g; sucrose (molasses) 10.0, tap water 1 l, pH 6.8-7.4.
П р и м е р 1. PRI me R 1. Experienced strain effect on the decomposition of gardons, rogor, volton, karbofos.
Microorganisms are grown in a nutrient medium of the described composition under aeration conditions at 28 ° C for 2 days, then
Концентрацию пестицидов определ ют газохроматографи- ческим методом.transferred to the same medium containing the corresponding pesticide and cultured at 28 ° C for 7 days. The concentration of pesticides is determined by gas chromatography.
1.The effect of strain 501 on the decomposition of pesticides is shown in Table. one.
From tab. 1, it can be seen that strain 501 provides an increase in the decomposition of all the pesticides tested.
П р и м е р 2. PRI mme R 2. Study the degradation of pesticides under the action of a strain of Bacillus megaterium in the soil. Microorganisms are pre-grown in a liquid medium of the proposed composition at 28 ° C with aeration for 2 days, then the soil containing the pesticide is treated with culture liquid.
1.In the experiment, the most used pesticides from 4 studied in example 1 are used.
2.The results of the experiment are presented in table. 2
From Table 2 it follows that the strain 501 is very active - in 5 days it decomposes the gardons in the soil 10 times more and the malathion is 5.5 times more than in the control.
