The aim of the invention is to improve the classification efficiency by optimizing the aerodynamic regime and the distribution of the source material.

The separator contains an external cylindrical-conical case 1, in the upper part of which there is a fixture for

Under the chute 3, a distributor 7 of the flow of the source material is installed in the form of a truncated cone fixed on the discharge pipe 8 with a horizontal ring 9 fixed on the outer side of its larger section, turned-down.
The housing 1 of the separator in the cylindrical part is made in the form of a grid 10 formed horizontally arranged ne-h

12.partitions 11, fastened together by bridges 12.
Внутри корпуса 1 установлен цилиндро- конический внутренний корпус 13 с цилиндрической частью в виде решетки 14, установленный коаксиально внешнему корпусу .Inside the housing 1 there is a cylindrical conical inner housing 13 with a cylindrical part in the form of a grid 14, mounted coaxially with the outer housing.
16.The cylindrical parts of the outer and inner bodies are located on the same level. The cylindrical part of the inner body 13 at the bottom and at the top is connected to the cones 15 and 16.
8,The upper conic part 15 of the inner body 13 is connected to a discharge pipe 8,
17.The internal volume of the separator between the grids 10 and 14 forms a separation zone 17.
A circular collector 18 for air supply is installed around the cylindrical part of the outer housing 1 over its entire height.
20.Air is supplied to the manifold 18 through the feed nozzles 19 installed evenly around the perimeter of the manifold. Throttling valves 20 are installed on the pipes 19 to regulate the amount of air supplied to the separator.
The separator works as follows.
7.The source material is loaded by an elevator or other device into the hopper 2. At the initial moment of loading the hopper, the output section of the leak 3 is blocked by the regulating cylinder 5. After the hopper is loaded to a predetermined level, for example half of the regulating cylinder 5, the actuator 6 is raised to form a gap between the end of the cylinder 5 and a distributor 7 and the aeration of c 4 is included in the work, which contributes to the improvement of material discharge and its even distribution over the surface of the distributor 7.
The size of the gap is established in such a way that the amount of material in the bunker is at a constant level, i.e. synchronization of the material flowing into the bunker and the material flowing from it is ensured.
The presence of the hopper allows the material to be evenly supplied using the distributor 7 to the separation zone 17, and therefore, to ensure the stability of the separation conditions.
13.In formed between the end of the cylinder 5 and the distributor 7 flow gap over the entire surface of the truncated cone flows into the separation zone 17 of the source material. In the process of material moving along a conical surface, it is pre-divided into fractions — larger particles (grit) under the action of gravity move with greater speed, smaller particles with smaller speed. The stack over the surface of the cone, the material to be separated collides with the horizontal ring 9, which is fixed on the outer side of its larger section, facing downwards, and, changing its direction, flows downward by a converging stream into the separation zone 17. At the same time, large particles of the material are processed closer to the cylindrical parts of the outer casing 1 of the separator, made in the form of a grid 10, and small 5 closer to the inner casing 13.
Simultaneously with the source material in the cylindrical part 10 of the outer casing 1 through the air manifold 18 enters the separation air, which

The preliminary classification of the material during its supply to the separation zone 17 and multiple passage through the downward flow of the material of the separation air in the form of horizontal flows contribute to the efficiency of the separation process.
5 By varying the amount of separation air and, accordingly, the flow rate between the outer and inner housings, it is possible to regulate the fineness of the finished product and the efficiency over a wide range.
