19.Shafts 2 and 3 are coaxial, made in the form of screws with the opposite direction of the thread and at their ends facing each other corresponding nuts 7 and 8 are installed, on which the main 9 and 10 and additional 11 and 12 gear sectors are cantilevered. The main 9 and 10 and additional 11 and 12 sectors are made in the form of oblique washers, in which the inner ends are beveled with planes in opposite directions. Sectors 9 and 10 are diametrically opposed to sectors 11 and 12, with sectors 11 and shifted along the axis of shafts 2 and 3 relative to sectors 9 and 10 in opposite directions by an amount greater than the width of the latter. In the housing 1, an intermediate shaft 13 and two coaxially driven shafts 14 and 15 are mounted in parallel with the driving shafts 2 and 3. The main driven wheel 16 is installed on the intermediate shaft 1 for alternating interaction with sectors 9 and 10 of the driving shafts 2 and 3 and an additional driven the wheel; The latter is made in the form of a hub 17 and two gear wheels 18 and 19 mounted on its opposite ends for interaction with the corresponding additional ones. 12 and 12. The main driven wheel 16 is mounted between wheels 18 and 19 with the possibility of relative rotation. The driven shafts 14 and 15 are kinematically connected to the respective driven wheels 18 and 16 by means of gear wheels 18 and 19.
и двигателем управлени (не показан).To lock the nuts 7 and 8, the mechanism is provided with locking devices, for example in the form of pins 22. and a control motor (not shown).
The mechanism works as follows.
The nuts 7 and 8 are in a locked state and rotate together with the shafts as one piece.
15.As the input shaft 23 rotates, the drive shafts 2 and 3 rotate synchronously in different directions due to the kinematic coupling of the wheels 4-6. Gear sectors 9 and 10 alternate with the driven wheel 16, and sectors 11 and 12 alternately with wheels 18 and 19 of the additional driven wheel. While the wheel 16 and the wheels 18 and 19 make the counter rotational-oscillatory motion. The engagement with the respective wheels 20 and 21 this movement is transmitted to the two driven shafts 14 and 15.
The amplitude of oscillation of the shafts 14 and 15 is determined by the gear ratios of the wheels 11-18 (12-19), as well as 18-20 and 16-21. The regulation of the amplitude of oscillations of the output links is carried out
следующим образом.in the following way.
Расстопоривают гайки 7 и 8 (фиг.2 и 3) путем подъема штифтов 22 в крайнее верхнее положение с последующей их фиксацией (устройство фиксации штифтов 22 вThe nuts 7 and 8 are unlocked (figures 2 and 3) by raising the pins 22 to the extreme upper position with their subsequent fixation (the device for fixing the pins 22 in
In this case, the pins 22 are inserted into the groove of the linear guides 24 (not shown in Fig. 1), which causes the nuts 7 and 8 to move along the rotation of the shafts 2 and 3
оси в противоположных направлени х.axes in opposite directions.
As can be seen in figure 4, when a sector, for example 9, occupies the extreme right position (I-I). The left ends of the gear rims of sector 9 and the driven shaft 16 are at the same vertical level (the tooth width is equal to ao, which corresponds to the maximum circumferential arc of a circle. Obviously, the amplitude of the angular oscillation is also maximum.
When the shafts 2 and 3 are rotated from the control motor (not shown), the nuts 7 and 8 move in opposite directions. Di apason S axial movement of the nuts is determined by the width of the tooth of the crown, which
больше S.taken somewhat. more S.
д.When the sector is moved to the I-Nrabot position, the part of the ring crown will become equal to ac. what will correspond to the arc of a dentate circle equal to CC, etc.
15.Thus, changing the axial position of the gear sectors 9-12 relative to the driven wheels 16. 18 and 19. Change the arc size of the gear sectors involved in the transmission of rotation, and thereby adjust the magnitude of the amplitude of the angular oscillations of the driven shafts 14 and 15.
