Description
The invention relates to a technique for cleaning gases from dust and can be used in the building materials industry, in the metallurgical and chemical industries.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the intensity of gas cleaning from dust.
1.FIG. 1 shows the proposed filter; figure 2 - section aa in figure 1; on fig.Z - section bb in fig. one.
The filter housing 1 has nozzles for supplying 2 dust-laden gas and for draining 3 of the purified gas, and nozzle 4 for draining cleaning products. The filter element 5 is provided with balls 6, a grill 7 and a water supply system 8. The filter is equipped with a cylinder 9, which forms with ring 1 an annular gas duct 10 with balls 11, channels 12 for venting gas, draining cleaning products 13 and water supply system 14. To limit
11.a lattice 15 is provided for vertical movement of the balls. A feeder 16 is provided to prevent gases from passing through the nozzle 4 at the time the filter is started. The pipe 4 is connected by chaff 17 with a slurry basin 18. In the wall of the duct 10, holes 19 are made, the diameter of which is smaller than the diameter of the balls 11.
The filter works as follows.
The dust-laden gas is supplied through the pipe 2 and the holes 20 tangentially into the gas duct 10. At the same time, the gas flows are mixed and due to the centrifugal force, moving around the circumference of the gas duct 10, they are pressed against its outer wall 19. The water supply system 14 wets the balls 11 and the walls of the gas duct 10, which provides intensive gas cleaning from the coarse fraction of dust. Purification products (sludge) flow down the inclined bottom wall into channel 13 to the feeder 16. Together

7.part of the gases passes through the channels 13 through the channels 13 and then flows through the grid 7 into the filter element 5, where they interact with the balls 6 and water supplied from the system 8. Another part of the gas with fine fractions of dust through the channels 12 enters the filter element 5. Here, the wetted balls b move randomly in a vertical plane and rotate around the circumference due to the circumferential horizontal component of the pressure of the jets emanating from channels 12. The chaotic movement of balls b in the vertical plane of the schestvl is due to uplink flow of gas through Canada are ly 13 and grille 7.
The rotational movement of the balls 6 is carried out by tangentially directed gas jets coming from the ducts 12 of the duct 10. At the same time, the degree of gas purification increases dramatically due to the interaction of the dust flow with wetted balls 6 and the walls of the duct 10, as well as due to centrifugal forces. Increasing the gas flow rate does not cause the filter to be blocked, since the balls 11 and 6, besides moving each type one relative to the other, move in a circle. Obviously, the greater the gas flow rate, the greater the centrifugal forces and the greater the degree of gas purification.
The feeder 16 periodically discharges gas cleaning products (sludge) into the chute 17, from where they flow by gravity into the sludge pool 18. The filter is made in the form of collapsible sections, which allows repairing it without special expenses.
The application of the proposed filter design allows to increase the efficiency of cleaning gas streams from dust.
Фильтр позвол ет работать с газами, имеющими повышенные температуры .as their productivity is limited only by the requirements for gas purification. At gas velocities characteristic of filters with a ball nozzle 2 (up to 6 m / s), the purge rate in the proposed filter is greater, since in addition to the two-stage interaction of the gas flow with wetted balls, the latter is exposed to intense centrifugal forces causing interaction balls and dust particles on the walls of the flue. Improving the performance of the filter and the degree of purification of gases from dust saves the cost of servicing the electrostatic precipitators and bag filters, and improves the environmental situation in the gas cleaning zone. The filter allows operation with gases having elevated temperatures.
