The invention relates to the field of metal coating deposition by chemical reduction, concerns the composition of aqueous solutions for the chemical deposition of nickel-boron coatings on the surface of copper and can be used in the electronic, instrument and engineering industries.
Известен состав водного раствора дл химического осаждени покрытий из никель-бора на поверхность меди, содержащий хлорид никел (Н), борогидрид натри , кали -натри тартрат, этилендиамин, гидроокись натри и стабилизатор - метаби- сульфит кали .The composition of the aqueous solution for the chemical deposition of nickel-boron coatings on the copper surface, containing nickel chloride (H), sodium borohydride, sodium potassium tartrate, ethylene diamine, sodium hydroxide, and potassium metabisulfite stabilizer, is known.
This solution at 40-60 ° C is characterized by high stability and allows, at 80 ° C, to produce coatings on copper at a rate of 1 µm / h.
However, the speed of the coating process at elevated temperatures with this solution is insufficient.
The closest in technical essence and the result achieved by its use to the composition according to the invention is an aqueous solution for chemical deposition of nickel-boron coatings on the copper surface, including nickel chloride, (II), complexing agents: ethylene diamine and

кали - натри тартрат, тетрагидроборат натри , гидроксид натри и стабилизатор - 5-нитробензимидазол.potassium - sodium tartrate, sodium tetrahydroborate, sodium hydroxide and stabilizer - 5-nitrobenzimidazole.
Кроме того, получаемые из этого раствора покрыти никель-бор неудовлетворительны по качеству: характеризуютс достаточно высоким значением величины переходного сопротивлени в контактных системах, а также низкой антифрикционной устойчивостью при использовании на двух парах трени .This solution has a satisfactory stability in the range of operating temperatures of 70-90 ° C, however, the rate of deposition of nickel-boron coatings from it is relatively small (8.3 µm / h at 80 ° C). In addition, nickel-boron coatings obtained from this solution are unsatisfactory in quality: they are characterized by a rather high value of the transient resistance in contact systems, as well as low antifriction stability when used on two pairs of friction.
The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of the coating by reducing the magnitude of the transient resistance in the contact systems and increasing the anti-friction stability of the friction pairs while increasing the speed of coating.
(2,5- 3,7)-10 4.This is due to the fact that an aqueous solution for chemical coating of nickel-boron on the surface of copper, containing nickel (II) chloride, two complexing agents, one of which uses ethylene diamine, sodium tetrahydride borate, sodium hydroxide, and a stabilizer according to the invention contains glycine as the second complexing agent, and sodium thiosulfate as a stabilizer at a subsequent ratio of components, mol / l: nickel chloride (11) 0.07–0.09; ethylene diamine 0.08-0.18, glycine 0.25-0.45, sodium tetrahydridoborate 0.04-0.06, sodium hydroxide 0.30-0.50, sodium thiosulfate (2.5-3.7 ) -10 4.
Experimental verification of the claimed formulation was carried out using seven solutions, for the preparation of which the required amounts of nickel chloride, complexing agents, alkali, stabilizer, sodium tetrahydrideborate were dissolved in 900 ml of water and brought up to 1 l with water.
The nickel-boron coating was deposited on foil-shaped copper substrates, which were previously subjected to standard degreasing, acid etching, washing operations. Portions of the 25 ml working solution were thermostatically controlled at the required temperature with an accuracy of + 2 ° C in a water bath. The substrate area to be coated had an area of 5 cm and, thus, the loading density was 2 dm / l. A substrate was introduced into the hot solution and the beginning of the deposition of the coating was initiated by bringing it into short-term (Cc) contact with aluminum. The deposition rate was calculated according to GOST 9.302-79, based on the substrate mass increment over the first 40 minutes of the process,
В таблице приведены данные, характеризующие скорость осаждени покрытий, степень износа и их переходное сопротивление .The table shows data characterizing the rate of deposition of coatings, the degree of wear and their transient resistance.
As follows from the table, in the implementation of the invention it is possible to obtain nickel-boron coatings, whose transition resistance in the initial state (immediately after deposition) is 1.5-2.5 times, and after contact running-in is 3-6 times less than

The transient resistance values of 30-60 ohms achieved after running-in are characteristic of gold-plated contacts, i.e. solution according to the invention
может быть использован дл замены покрытий из золота.can be used to replace gold coatings.
At the same time, the wear resistance of the resulting coatings is 1.6-2.7 times higher than the wear resistance of the coatings according to the prototype, and the deposition rate of the coatings exceeds that according to the prototype.
