5.The portable motor saw contains a support frame 1 with handles 2 controls and a petrol tank 3, a saw unit 4, an engine 5, a crankshaft b, a flywheel 7 mounted coaxially to the crankshaft, a bevel gear 8-10 with a parasitic wheel 9, vibration isolators 11 , connecting the support frame 1 with the engine 5. The shaft 12 of the parasitic wheel 9 is located perpendicular to the crankshaft 6 and mounted parallel to the axis of the cylinder of the engine 5.
Coaxially to the shaft 12 of the parasitic bevel wheel 9, sectors 13-16 are mounted, which are fixed on the shaft by means of elastic springs 17-20, so that the first pair of sectors 13, 14 is perpendicular to the second pair of sectors 15, 16. Sectors 13,14 snab - wives with interchangeable weights 21, 22 with spikes 23-26 at the ends, which, with gaps A, AI, enter the corresponding grooves 27 of the second pair of sectors 15, 16. The axes of the spikes 23-26 are parallel to the axis of the shaft 12 of the parasitic bevel wheel 9. Sectors 13-16 and removable goods 21, 22 are attached to the springs 17-20 with bolts 27. Lengths I The working parts of the springs 17-20 may be the same.
The saw is operated as follows.
Unbalanced forces and moments result in vibrations of the engine casing 5, which are transmitted through vibration insulators 11 to the handles 2 of the support frame 1. The engine casing 5 has the greatest amplitudes of vibration displacements in the direction of its cylinder axis. Sectors 13, 14 and 15, 16, connected to the shaft 12 of the parasitic wheel 9 by elastic springs 17-20 when the engine housing 5 vibrates along the axis of the cylinder, oscillate in antiphase at a certain setting and, thus, significantly reduce the vibration amplitudes of the engine housing. gatel 5 in the specified direction. A pair of sectors 13, 14 and a pair of sectors 15, 16 form two dynamic absorbers. The installation of two dynamic dampers on the shaft 12 of the parasitic wheel 9 ensures the ratio of the frequency of rotation of the shaft of the wheel 9 to the frequency of rotation of the crankshaft 6O) (the frequency of the first harmonic of the driving force), i.e., y.a. frequency of the second harmonic of the driving force), i.e. 71. When the inertial elements of sectors 13-16 rotate, the bending stiffness k and ki of elastic springs 17-20 becomes variable, depending on the centrifugal force determined by the rotational frequency

The antiresonant damping frequency along the axis of the parasitic wheel 9 is determined as follows.
tuir (k + k ) %r (ki + k ),tuir (k + k)% r (ki + k),
где k 3EI/I3 - изгибна жесткость рессоры, определ ема упругими свойствами материала (без учета инерции поворота сектора в плоскости фиг. 1);where k 3EI / I3 is the bending stiffness of the spring, determined by the elastic properties of the material (without taking into account the inertia of turning the sector in the plane of Fig. 1);

Since k k, then the natural frequency of the quencher with sectors 15, 16 can be determined by the simplified dependence

При нормальной работе гасителей их инерскорости вращени ,When equalities (1) and (2) are fulfilled, the proposed saw of dynamic dampers will automatically maintain their resonance state and effectively dampen oscillations of the engine casing 5 in all operational modes of saw operation. In normal operation, the dampers of their rotational inertia,
5.Elements 13, 14, and 15, 16, due to the presence of gaps, AI and AI do not interact with each other. However, with significant external shocks that may occur when performing technological operations, spikes 23-26 of interchangeable weights 21, 22 begin to interact with the internal surfaces of the corresponding holes in sectors 15, 16, and this automatically limits the increase in amplitudes of oscillations of sectors along the axis of the parasitic wheel 9, which increases reliability. When the spring breaks, the corresponding sector is not thrown into the gearbox housing 28 by the action of centrifugal force, but hangs on the spikes, which eliminates the possibility of the gearbox housing breaking and also contributes to improving the reliability of the device. By changing the mass of the replaceable weights 21, 22, it is possible to extinguish other harmonics of the driving force of the engine 5.
The location of the additional mass on the shaft of the parasitic wheel 9 allows to increase the reduced moment of inertia of the transmission and, thus, to reduce the uneven rotation of the crankshaft 6. This leads to a decrease in the reactive torque acting on the engine housing 5 around the axis of the crankshaft 6, and an additional decrease vibrations on the engine casing 5. In addition, increasing the uniformity of rotation of the flywheel 7 improves the operation of the ignition system, especially at idle conditions. The proposed device provides a reduction in the integral indicator of the level of vibration velocity on the motor housing by 3-4 dB, and on the handles - at least 2 dB in all operating modes.
