The pretreatment is filled with the proposed polymer composition. With subsequent exposure, it provides the conditions for the joint work of the filler with the Polymeric binder based on polyvinyl chloride. During the aging process (30–40 min), this degree of polymerization of α-methacryl-O) -carboxy-triethylene glycol-colphthalate is achieved in the presence of benzoyl peroxide, which is necessary to obtain strong fixed structures in the surface layers of the aggregate and at the same time provides enhancing adhesive interaction with the binder. Moreover, the viscosity properties of the polymer composition make it possible to create a reinforced surface layer of the filler due to diffusion processes. The presence of a-methacrylo-o-carboxytriethylene glycol phalate, both in the aggregate treatment and in the binder, determines the increase in the homogeneity of the mechanical properties and the physical and chemical stability of the system. The use of polyvinyl chloride in a binder in combination with α-methacryl- (o-carboxy-triethylene glycol phthalate and oligoether acrylate) also leads to a high thermal stability of the basic physicomechanical properties of the material. - m-carboxy-triethylene glycolphthalate, as well as due to the interaction of carboxyl groups with mineral aggregate. These processes, the passage in the presence of polyvinyl chloride, lead to the formation of half-reciprocal structures Such multiple connections prevent the development of deformation when the temperature rises. The natural stone aggregate is treated with the proposed polymer composition by dipping or spraying or by any known method.
After soaking, the filler is placed in a mold for 30-40 minutes, and then it is poured into a previously prepared polymer binder composition. The degree of filling, as usual in polymer fiber, is from 30 to 50% by volume. Also, as in the known method, the casting can be carried out naturally, either with a vacuum or under pressure. During the subsequent heat treatment at 140–150 ° C for 15–30 min, depolymerization of the previously obtained surface layer of the filler, polymerization of the binder composition, and their cross-linking occur simultaneously.
The table presents the composition of the impregnating compositions, the parameters of impregnation and the properties of the obtained polymer concrete products.
