Abstract
Изобретение относитс к машиностроению и может быть использовано дл измерений несоосности валов. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение точности измерени несоосности валов. Устройство содержит два составных кронштейна 1 и 2 с площадками 7 и 8, каждую из которых выставл ют параллельно соответствующему контролируемому валу и взаимно параллельно в плоскост х, перпендикул рных оси одного из валов, провод эти операции в исходном положении валов, когда площадки кронштейнов номинально горизонтальны. Поворачивают валы на 90° и выставл ют кронштейны параллельно оси соответствующего вала в вертикальной плоскости. В положени х, кратных 90° от исходного, определ ют взаимное положение площадок 7 и 8 в двух сечени х одного из кронштейнов, перпендикул рных оси вала, на котором он установлен, и по результатам измерений суд т о несоосности валов.
