The purpose of the invention is to ensure the stability in time of the target product and increase its yield.
Free cyanamide is obtained by mixing technical calcium cyanamide (TCA) with water, followed by neutralizing the resulting suspension with a mixture of carbon dioxide, nitrous gases and air at a mass ratio equal to (2.4-2.8) :( 1.0-1.5): 1.0 respectively. Neutralization is carried out by bubbling the gas mixture through the suspension at a speed of 1.0-1.4 m / h at 20-30 ° C. The neutralized suspension has a pH of 4.5-5.5. The precipitate is then separated by filtration, and the filtrate containing free cyanamide is concentrated by feeding it to the stage of mixing with the TCA. Нерастворимый осадок дважды промывают водой и промывные воды подают на стадию смешени при массовом соотношении промывной воды и ТЦК, равном (3,0-3,5):1,0 соответственно .The insoluble precipitate is washed twice with water and the washings are fed to the mixing stage with a mass ratio of the washing water and the TCC equal to (3.0-3.5): 1.0, respectively.
Обработка раствора углекислым газом способствует образованию нерастворимого осадка, главным образом карбоната кальци .The main components contained in TCA are CaCN2 and CaO. When dissolving TCA in water, the acid salt of calcium cyanamide and calcium hydroxide are formed. Treatment of the solution with carbon dioxide contributes to the formation of an insoluble precipitate, mainly calcium carbonate.
The use of nitrous gases, for example, waste gases from a plant for the production of weak nitric acid, helps to reduce unproductive losses of cyanamide nitrogen, as well as stabilization of the target product — free cyanamide — by calcium nitrate produced. Spraying the gas mixture through the suspension intensifies the process and increases the degree of cyanamide nitrogen recovery. In order to maximize the recovery of cyanamide nitrogen, the insoluble precipitate recovered from the suspension is washed twice with water and the washings are used in the process.

After this, the suspension is filtered and the insoluble part is separated as a mixture of CaCO3, C and other impurities in the amount of 93.18 g (20% moisture). The precipitate is washed twice with 75 ml portions of water. The first portion of wash water is introduced into the filtrate, and the second - into the stage of mixing with the TCC. To 377.4 ml of filtrate containing 6.96 wt.% H2CN2 and 13.61 wt.% Ca (MO3) 2, 100 g of TCA are added in portions and the cycle is repeated under the conditions described above. The cycles are repeated until then. until the concentration of free cyanamide in the filtrate reaches 25-30 wt.%. Then the filtrate is cooled to 0 - {- 5) ° C, Ca (MOh) 2 4 NgO crystals are separated, and the solution of free cyanamide is evaporated. The yield of free cyanamide is 90.1%.
