Водоструйный подогреватель св зан также с источником пара (не показан ).feeding the cooking mixture to the hydrolysis apparatus is equipped with a pump 14 and a water jet heater 15. The water jet heater is also connected to a steam source (not shown).
The plant for producing a hydrolyzate from vegetable raw materials operates as follows.
The raw material is loaded into the hydrolysis apparatus 1 through the bunker, and simultaneously the hydrolyzate is fed through the pipe 8 by pump 9. In this case, the hydrolyzate stream is given with a large excess, so that the hydrolyzate in the hydrolyzate is continuously flowing from top to bottom and the raw materials entrained by this stream are not only impregnated, but also compacted. Excess hydrolysis of ATA is taken from the lower zone of the hydrolysis apparatus through the ray filters present in it and fed via pipeline 11 to the inversion (or for further processing). Hydrolyzate consumption for loading is not limited, you can even apply the entire stream from a resofer-evaporate / 1nd node.
Однако в первом варианте есть некотора возмож- ность распада части образующихс саха- ров, тогда как во втором варианте, она полностью исключаетс .At the end of the loading, the raw material is impregnated with an acid solution and heated to 100 ° C, since the hydrolyzate before the inverter has a temperature of about 105-110 ° C, and in the inverter it is 100 ° C. The hydrolysis apparatus is sealed and hot 9 is supplied to it through the pipeline 10 145-170 ° C) the hydrolyzate is simultaneously taken away and the hydrolyzate is removed to the solotpherno-evaporating unit through pipelines 12. At this stage, as the hot hydrolyzate passes through the raw material, it is heated to the temperature corresponding to the hydrolyzate, and hemicellulose is hydrolyzed (Legkogidrolizu- proxy polysaccharides), and the resulting sugar immediately outputted to the flow hydrolyzate. If the hydrolyzate is supplied in the first embodiment (see Fig. 1), then the heating and hemicellulose hydrolysis proceeds faster than in the case when the hydrolyzate is supplied in the second embodiment (see Fig. 2), since in the first case, the hydrolyzate is hotter (its temperature is about 170 ° C), and in the second case the temperature is about 140 ° C. However, in the first embodiment, there is some possibility of decomposition of a part of the formed sugars, whereas in the second variant, it is completely excluded.
After completion of the warm-up stage (hemicellulose hydrolysis), the supply of hydrolyzate through the pipeline to the hydrolysis apparatus is stopped and the main stage of the process, the percolation, is started, which is carried out according to known technology, i.e. the water heated in the solofers 4 and 5 is supplied by a high pressure pump 14 to the steam water heater 15, then it is mixed with an acid (mixer not shown) and fed to the hydrolyzer, and the latter is simultaneously withdrawn from the hydrolyzate to the collector 7, then it passes through evaporators 2, 3 and inverter 6 and goes to the subsequent processing. All further operations — flushing, spinning, and shot — are carried out according to known technology.
The presence in the installation of the pipeline 8 extraction hydrolyzate before or after the inverter 6 for submission to the hydrolysis apparatus at the stage of loading and pipeline 11 return to the inverter (or filing for further processing) allows you to carry out the loading stage is not just wetting the raw material with hydrolyzate (and its impregnation) and at the same time with a significant (about 20%) increase in the loading density, as a result of which the productivity of the hydrolyzate apparatus is increased by a factor of 1.2.
The presence in the installation of pipeline 10 for the selection of hydrolyzate after the collector or evaporators for feeding into the hydrolysis apparatus at the heating stage will completely eliminate the steam consumption for heating (reduction of energy costs) and completely eliminate the breakdown of sugars formed during hemicellulose hydrolysis, since this stage will take place during continuous the hydrolyzate duct through the hydrolysis apparatus, i.e. the resulting sugars will immediately be removed with the hydrolyzate stream.
