Abstract

The invention relates to mining. The purpose of the invention is to increase accuracy and reliability. In the rock massif, a monolith (M) 1 is separated so that the latter remains connected with the massif in one plane. A horizontal compressive load from the hydraulic cushion 5 is applied to the M 1 through the plate 3 and the rollers 4. To set the oriented shear plane, M 1 is wrapped around the perimeter with two flexible clamps 7. A vertical cut is made in the gap between the latter in M 1 until its own the mass of the cut-off part is 9 M 1. The shear area is measured. The mass of part 9 M 1 determines the shear force. According to the results obtained, taking into account the magnitude of the normal load, the resistance to the cut of the test rock is estimated. 1 il.

Description

The invention relates to mining and can be used in determining temporary resistance to cut rocks in the field.

The purpose of the invention is to increase accuracy and reliability.

The drawing shows a test pattern of resistance to cutting a rock.

The method of conducting field tests of resistance to soft and semi-rock rocks is carried out as follows.

5.In the rock massif, a monolith of rock 1 is cut out, cut out of the wall of the hole 2 and connected to the massif by one plane. A horizontal compressive load from the hydraulic cushion 5 is applied to the rock monolith 1 through plate 3 and rollers 4. The calculated compressive force on monolith 1 is fixed sensor 6 installed between the wall of the hole 2 and the hydraulic cushion 5.

To assign an oriented shear plane, monolith 1 is wound around the perimeter with two flexible clamps 7, for example made of glass fiber. Along the gap between the flexible clamps 7 in monolith 1, a vertical incision 8 is slowly cut to a state of equilibrium between the weight of the cut off part 9 of monolith 1 and the rock's resistance to shear along the oriented plane 10. At the moment of equilibrium, separation occurs

По полученным результатам с учетом величины нормальной нагрузки оценивают сопротивление на срез испытываемой породы.under the own weight of the cut-off part 9 of the monolith 1. The shear area is measured. By weight / weight of part 9 of the monolith 1, the shearing force is determined. According to the results obtained, taking into account the magnitude of the normal load, the resistance to the cut of the test rock is estimated.
