Abstract
The invention relates to agriculture, and more specifically to the production of fertilizers. The aim of the invention is to increase the agrochemical efficiency of the fertilizer and increase the efficiency of the method. To achieve the goal, the method of composting a mixture of peat with a biologically active additive in claddings uses liquid concentrated waste from the production of lysine at a mass ratio of peat and waste of 1: (0.15 - 0.5). The established optimum ratio of the components ensures the optimum temperature during the maturation of the compost, as well as the optimal physical and agrochemical parameters of the composted mass. The efficiency of the process is increased by disposing of the waste and reducing the pollution of the environment and the associated cost problems. 3 tab.
Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to agriculture, namely the production of fertilizers.
The aim of the invention is to increase the agrochemical efficiency of the fertilizer and increase the efficiency of the method.
At the biochemical plant, in the production of lysine, liquid concentrated technological waste is formed (when washing equipment, substandard drains, etc.) containing raw material residues (molasses, corn extract, wheat and corn bran, mineral salts), nutrient media for biosynthesis, low concentrations of lysine, vitamin A, group B, D, and others. In practice, this is non-conforming aminobacterin, which is not suitable for its intended use because of the low content of basic substances (18-19%), high humidity (82-88%) and low content of crude protein (less than 2.3%). This mixture is usually dumped into the sewage system, while the quality standards of the effluent are violated, as a result of which the cleaning mode is disturbed and the environment is polluted.
Перечисленный состав отходов, отсутствие солей т желых металлов и токсических примесей делает их ценным сырьем дл приготовлени биоорганических удобрений (наличие ростовых факторов, витаминов и других биологически активных веществ), а кроме того, сырьем экологически безвредным и эпидемиологически неопасным .The listed waste composition, the absence of heavy metal salts and toxic impurities makes them a valuable raw material for the preparation of bio-organic fertilizers (presence of growth factors, vitamins and other biologically active substances), and in addition, it is environmentally friendly and epidemiologically harmless.

Эффективность полученного удобрени провер ют на черноземе, типичном малогумусном среднесуглинистом при применении под сахарную свеклу и под кукурузу на силос, на дерново-подзолистой супесчаной почвеmrshopmin Hiimi PLAIR 100hg) 0m In other words, miotrn five equal types of components layer In the hydroplastic case, for every 100 tons of peat, they give K O t of litter manure, in all other pas 1 (U of peat 10,15,2 and 50 i concentrated lysine production waste with a total nitrogen content of 1%. A common method of preparing composting is that a specified amount of manure and waste is discharged and leveled onto a 25–30 cm peat cushion. 30 kg of phosphate rock per 1 ton of compost are added. disc harrow peat and additives mix and sent to the composting site and placed in piles 4–6 m wide and 2.5–3 m high The pledged masses are composted for 2.5–3 months in winter. The effectiveness of the fertilizer obtained is checked on chernozem, typical of a low-humus medium loamy application under sugar beet and corn for silage, on sod-podzolic sandy soil

Adding waste in an amount of less than 0.15 h, for 1 h of peat does not provide complete mineralization of peat, which significantly reduces the quality of the fertilizer, and more than 0.5 h and for 1 h of peat changes the physicochemical properties of the compost; The mixing itself is complicated due to the fluidity of the mass, which violates the technology of compost preparation (Table 3). The optimum ratio of peat to liquid waste is 1.0.25, it provides the optimum temperature during the maturation of the compost, as well as the optimal physical and agrochemical parameters of the composted mass.
The use of lysine production wastes for mixing with peat for the purpose of obtaining bimorgznichesky fertilizers allows, in addition to obtaining valuable fertilizer giving a significant yield increase, to protect natural resources and prevent pumping by the advantages of the proposed method of obtaining

It is also important. that the loss of nitrogen in the proposed method for producing fertilizer is reduced in comparison with the known method.
Кроме того, использование дл компостировани навоза (а по удобрительной ценности предлагаемое биоорганическое удобрение сравнимо именно с ним)приводит к высокой засоренности семенами сорных растений и обсемененности условно патогенной, патогенно микрофлорой и йцами гельминтов, что требует дополнительных меропри тий по их обезвреживанию .In addition, the use of manure for composting (and the fertilizer value of the proposed bio-organic fertilizer is comparable to it) leads to high contamination with weed seeds and contamination of conditionally pathogenic, pathogenic microflora and helminth eggs, which requires additional measures for their neutralization.
