Изобретение относитс к электроизмерительной технике, в частности к электронным устройствам дл измерени длительности импульсов, и может быть использовано при определении диаметров электронных и ионных зондов. Цель изобретени - расширение функциональных возможностей путем одновременного измерени длительности импульса на двух заданных уровн х - достигаетс введением в устройство делителей 4 и 5, коммутаторов 6 и 7, компараторов 8 и 9 и выполнением схемы инвертировани входного сигнала в виде последовательно соединенных нормирующего усилител 2 и дифференциального усилител 3. 2 ил.The invention relates to electrical measuring equipment, in particular to electronic devices for measuring the duration of pulses, and can be used in determining the diameters of electronic and ion probes. Устройство содержит источник 1 импульсов , нормирующий усилитель 2, дифференциальный усилитель 3, первый делитель 4 неинвертированных сигналов, второй делитель 5 инвертированных сигналов, первый и второй коммутаторы 6,7, первый и второй компараторы 8,9, причем выход источника 1 соединен с входом нормирующего усилител 2, выход которого соединен с входом дифференциального усилител 3, неиивертирующий выход которого соединен с входом первого делител 4, первый выход которого соединен с первым входом компаратора 8, второй вход которого соединен с выходом коммутатора 7. Вход делител 5 соединен с инвертирующим выходом усилител 3, первый выход делител 5 соединен со вторым входом компаратора 9, первый вход которого соединен с выходом коммутатора 6, входы которого соединены с остальными выходами делител 4. Остальные выходы делител 5 соединены с входами коммутатора 7.
