Example. The initial powders of the components of the proposed mixture were mixed in a mixer for 8 hours, then pressed into a mold at a pressure of 300 MPa. The resulting compactings in the form of friction linings were sintered for 3 hours with simultaneous sinking to the steel base under a pressure of 0.6 MPa at 970 ° C.
Friction materials were tested under friction conditions without lubrication on an IM-58 test bench with a specific load of 0.5 MPa and a sliding speed of 20 m / s.
В таблице приведены составы фрикционных материалов, полученных из известной и предлагаемой шихт, и установившийс износ их фрикционных пар трени .The table shows the compositions of friction materials obtained from the known and proposed charges, and the steady wear of their friction friction pairs.
