Abstract
The invention relates to epoxides, in particular the preparation of 1-oxaspiro (2, p) - alkanes - intermediates for the synthesis of active substances, pain relief and anticonvulsant action. The goal is to ensure the universality of the method and increase the yield of the target product. The process is carried out by epoxidation of methylenecycloalkane using a 35-50% aqueous solution of peracetic acid in the presence of anhydrous sodium carbonate at a molar ratio of 1: (1.1-1.5):: (1.25-1.7 e) and 20-50 ° C in dichloroethane. The desired product is isolated in up to 97% versus 62% in the known case. The method provides for obtaining t epoxides that cannot be obtained in a known manner. 1 tab.

В услови х предлагаемого способа выход эпоксида близок к количественному - 93-100% (данныеThe proposed method allows to increase the yield of the target product in the case of methylcyclohexane from 62 to 97%. Methylcycloheptane epoxide is obtained after processing and distillation with an almost quantitative yield (97.98%) (table, experiments 10 and 12), whereas by the known method it is not isolated at all, i.e. yield 0%. Methylene cyclododecane epoxide (experiment 17), according to GLC analysis, has a yield of 92%, after purification, 75%. According to a known method, methylenecyclobutane epoxide is not formed at all. Under the conditions of the proposed method, its yield reaches 100% (data D) K), however, due to the high volatility of epoxide, the practical yield during processing is reduced to 45% (experiment 1). The yield of epoxymethylenecyclopentane is reduced by the known method due to the formation of rearrangement products. Under the conditions of the proposed method, the yield of epoxide is close to quantitative - 93-100% (data

In addition, the proposed method is universal, i.e. allows to obtain a number of epoxides, which cannot be obtained in a known manner.
