Abstract
Field of the Invention The invention relates to a transport engineering, primarily to basic tracked vehicles. The purpose of the invention is to increase the traction ability of the engagement due to uniform load distribution. The tooth engagement includes ridges 1, made on tracks 2 of the tracks, and tooth 3 of the drive wheel 4. The drive wheel 4 and tracks of tracks 2, having the upper and lower branches, are equipped with two rows of interacting pairs of teeth and ridges. The interacting surfaces of each ridge 1 and tooth 3 are made beveled with respect to their ends, so that the flat working surfaces 5 form an obtuse angle with the ends of the corresponding teeth 3 and an acute angle with the ends of the ridges 1. The circular working surfaces 6 of the ridges 1 and the corresponding teeth 3 conical surfaces, the tops of which are directed away from the ends of the ridges and the corresponding teeth, coinciding with the base of these conical surfaces. 4 il.

The engagement works as follows.

90°.When the wheel is rotated in the opposite direction, when the wheel is interacting with the flat surface of the ridge, favorable conditions for their engagement are also provided, since the caterpillar is in the horizon zone and the angle between its vertical plane passing the iopea wheel axis. and line xx is equal to 90 °.
сти изготовлени выбираетс за счет клиновидной формы рабочих поверхностей 5 и 6 в результате возникновени горизонтальной составл ющей Мг силы нормального ,,|: звлени N между рабочими поверхност ми .npi t this ensures simultaneous transmission of {{t} a {r} th or thrust force from the drive wheel 4, tracks 2 tracks by both rows of teeth 9 and 10. This is achieved by the fact that the probable gap is the initial distance formed between the ridge 1 and the tooth 3 some kind of yes, for example, due to inaccurate-. For manufacturing, it is chosen due to the wedge-shaped working surfaces 5 and 6 as a result of the horizontal component Mg of the normal force, |: the level of N between the working surfaces.
