При вращении барабана 2 от привода 11 толкатели 7 упираютс  поочередно в упор 5, перемещаютс  в радиальном направлении, соверша  рабочее движение , вьздавливают косточки. Косточка плода при этом падает в лоток 8. При последующем вращении барабана 2 под действием копира 4 толкатели 7 возвращаютс  в исходное положение,,освобожда  плод с выдавленной косточкой под, действием силы т жести плод попадает в емкость 10.
