Изобретение относитс к массовому культивированию насекомых. Цель - снижение трудозатрат и повышение выхода дрозофилы. Массовое разведение дрозофилы включает ее содержание в емкости с искусственным кормом и уничтожение дрозофильного клеща путем обновлени зараженного корма на свежий, осуществл емого с помощью сменного дна емкости, после полного окукливани дрозофилы и обработки куколок акарицидным составом. Предложенный способ позвол ет без особых трудозатрат и оперативно полностью избавитьс от дрозофильного клеща уже во втором поколении. 1 табл.This invention relates to the mass cultivation of insects. Плодовых мущек дрозофилы, зараженных дрозофильным клещом, помещают в пробирку с кормом со съемным дном. В качестве корма используют состав, содержащий: агар 10 г; изюм 40 г; сахар 20 г; манна крупа 36 г; дрожжи 60 г; нипагин 0,8 мл; вода дистиллированна 1 л. Культивирование осуществл ют в термостате при 25±1°С и относительной влажности воздуха 60-70%. По достижении насекомыми стадии куколки донце с отработанным кормом и значительным количеством клещей и их иц удал ют. Оставшуюс верхнюю часть пробирки с куколками смывают акарицидным раствором, спиртовым, физраствором. Уничтожение клещей осуществл ют или окуна 2-3 раза верхнюю часть пробирки с куколками в сосуд с раствором, или смачива куколок раствором с помощью м гкой кисточки. Затем к очищенной пробирке присоедин ют с помощью липкой ленты съемное дно со свежим кормом и закрывают пробирку простерили- зованным тампоном.Drosophila fruit muschek infected with a drosophilic tick are placed in a test tube with food with a removable bottom.
