Функци f(и о) представл ет собой функцию распределени веро тности сигналов с амплитудой .The function f (and o) is the probability distribution function of signals with amplitude.
Figure 4 shows the averaged probability distribution function for five experiments. The dotted lines indicate the boundaries of the scatter zone of the experimental curves. It can be seen from the graphs that the probability distribution functions of signals with amplitudes practically do not depend on the intensity of the ground and grain losses, but are determined only by the parameters of the sensor itself. This circumstance is used to construct an algorithm for determining the number of grains sifted to the sensor, regardless of the established levels of discrimination and the gain factors of the input amplifiers.

30Thus, by assigning two different levels of discrimination U (and U, by counting the number of signals per unit of belt at these levels using expression (9), you can determine the total number of grains that are passed to the sensor. In this setting, the instrument is to set these levels and, at which signals from non-grain particles of the threshed heap are practically not recorded. This can be accomplished 20 once again the threshed heap is threshed. Then, during the operation of the combine, the number of grains calculated by expression (9) does not depend from the established levels of discrimination, 25 from the gain factor .This greatly simplifies the calibration and improves the measurement accuracy of losses when measuring the properties of the grain mass and harvesting conditions.
The device works as follows.
The grain through the straw walker from the grain and non-grain heap particles fall to n 5 the top of the piezoelectric sensor 1, which produces voltage pulses of different amplitude, depending on both the type of particle and its physical and mechanical properties and speed at the impact and angle of impact. Filter 2 cuts off low-frequency noise, which is generated by vibrations of the working elements of the combine and has a spectrum in the band from 0 to 4-5 kHz. Amplifier 3 amplifies the signals passing through the filter 50 to 100 times and feeds them to the first inputs of amplitude discriminators 5 and 6. The discriminator of level 4 sets two different levels of discrimination, for example 2 and 4 V, one of. which is the master for the first amplitude discriminator, and the second is the second for the second 6. The values of THESE levels are also fed to the third and fourth inputs of block 9. The first amplitude discriminator 5 permits the passage of pulses to its output with an amplitude greater than the first
