The invention relates to a vibration technique. The aim of the invention is to enhance the functionality, increase the compactness and reliability of the hydraulic pulse generator. In a hydraulic pulse generator, under the action of pumps, the working fluid is supplied to actuating cylinders installed between them with the possibility of connecting flow and flow interrupters connected to pumps and drains. The invention relates to vibration technology and can be used as a drive of vibrating platforms for compacting concrete mixes for vibroconveyors , testing machines, as well as other machines that use in the technological processes of vibration.
The purpose of the invention is to expand the functionality, increase the compactness and reliability of the hydraulic pulse generator.
Figure 1 schematically shows a hydraulic pulse generator (section AA)
nenny plungers (PP). Simultaneously with the supply of working fluid, a flat composite cam, made in the form of interchangeable profiled sectors and kinematically connected by annular control profiles to (PP) through the pushers, is driven from the drive shaft. When you move the PP open cone closures. In the interrupters, the pressure drops and the pistons of the actuating cylinders return to their original position due to the force of the springs and the technological load. Such an arrangement of interrupters, i.e. the use of at least two executive bodies allows one to obtain a two-frequency (or polyfrequency) mode of oscillations, as well as oscillations of the spatial form. Fastening a hydraulic pulse generator directly to the drive flange and using a flat cam increases compactness and allows you to adjust the frequency of pressure pulsations by changing the frequency of rotation of the drive shaft. 5 il.

The hydraulic pulse generator contains pressure sources in the form of pumps 1 and 2, actuating cylinders 3 and 4, respectively, and installed between them with the possibility of connecting actuating cylinders 3 and 4 with pumps 1 and 2 and drainage flow interrupters. The latter are made in the form of spring-loaded springs 5,6 and 7.8 plungers 9,10 and 11,12

respectively, with cone-shaped valves installed in the housing 13 symmetrically with respect to the drive shaft 14 and placed in the axial bore of the housing 13. The spring-loaded plungers 9, 10 and 11, 12 form spring cavities connected with check valves 15 and 16 with the drain to the housing 13 and interact through the pushers 17, 18 and 19, 20, respectively, with a flat composite cam 21 fixed to the drive shaft 14. The flat composite cam 21 is made in the form of interchangeable profiled sectors 22 of the same weight, which during assembly form along the edge of the cam 21 Gloss supporting surface contacting with the balls 23 located in the guide body 13, and the middle and inner diameters of the - annular control profiles 24 and 25, kinematically connected with the pushers 17, 18 and 19, 20 through the additionally installed beads 26 and 27 respectively. The housing 13 of the interrupter on the cam side 21 is provided with a cover 28 installed to form a cavity filled with oil up to the level of contact of the profiled sectors 22 with the balls 23, 25 and 27,
Hydraulic pulse generator works as follows
The working fluid from pumps 1 and 2 is fed into the actuating cylinders 3 and 4 and the flow breakers. At the same time, the drive shaft 14 begins to rotate and together
With a flat composite cam 21. The pressure in the actuating cylinders 3 and 4 rises and their pistons move. When the cam 21 grows, the profiled sectors 22 press the control profiles 24 and 25 to the pushers 17-20, respectively, and they periodically move the plungers 9,10 and 11,12 according to a given law. When they move open cone closures, connecting with the drain. In the interrupters, the pressure drops and the pistons of the actuating cylinders 3 and 4 are returned to their original position by the force of the springs and the process load. Then the cycle repeats. The sub-plunger cavities on the side of springs 5.8 m 7.8 are connected to the drain channels, in which check valves 15 and 16 are installed, which allows to avoid failures of the structure due to an increase in pressure when the working fluid leaks in the plunger pair - the body seat.
The constructive scheme, in which the working fluid under pressure does not create forces on the plungers, allows you to work with high pressures, which increases the specific power of the installation and reduces the size. The use of liquid lubricant at the points of contact of the cam with the pushers increases the reliability of the hydraulic pulse generator, since it prevents possible jamming and breakage of these parts.
