Abstract
Изобретение относитс к порошковой металлургии, в частности к составам шихты на основе порошка железа дл получени спеченного материала, примен емого при изготовлении цилиндров ротационных компрессоров бытовых кондиционеров. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение твердости, ударной в зкости и улучшение обрабатываемости спеченного материала. Шихта на основе порошка железа дл получени спеченного материала, содержаща порошки графита, меди и серы, дополнительно содержит порошок фтористого кальци в количестве 2-3 мас.%, причем крупность порошка железа составл ет 50-160 мкм, крупность порошка фтористого кальци 100-250 мкм, а соотношение крупности порошков железа и фтористого кальци (1:5)-(1:0,625). Ударна в зкость спеченного материала возрастает в 1,5-2 раза, твердость повышаетс с 800 до 880-920 МПа, а шероховатость обработанной поверхности снижаетс с 6,8 до 4,8-6,0 мкм. 1 табл.The invention relates to powder metallurgy, in particular, to blend compositions based on iron powder to obtain a sintered material used in the manufacture of cylinders of rotary compressors for domestic air conditioners. Из полученной шихты под давлением 350-400 МПа прессовали цилиндры ротационных компрессоров бытовых кондиционеров и призматические образцы размером 10x10x55 мм.
