Abstract
1 з.п. The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in machine tools for machining holes by drilling, countersinking and deploying in blanks from viscous materials such as pipes, glasses, etc., having developed cylindrical surfaces. The aim of the invention is to improve the reliability of the device when processing blanks such as pipes made of viscous materials. The device contains two rigidly mounted conductor sleeves 2 and 5 with supporting working surfaces made responsive to the workpiece surfaces of the workpieces and having sharp edges at the intersection with the hole in the sleeve. The sharp edge implies the absence of a chamfer at the intersection of these surfaces. The edge tapering angle varies slightly in different longitudinal sections of the sleeve from 90 ° to values greater or less than 90 °, which depends on the ratio of the geometric dimensions of the sleeve and the radius of the supporting working surface. One of the supports is rigidly mounted on self-aligning washers 6 with a radial clearance. In the other support, through holes are made to remove chips, the axes of these holes are located tangentially to the surface of the conductor sleeve. During operation, the gap between the supporting working surfaces of the sleeves 2 and 5 and the workpiece is eliminated. When machining the hole with a tool, such as a drill 11, the sharp edges of the sleeves 2 and 5 prevent burrs on the surface of the workpiece 9, since the gap between the surface of the tool ribbons and the hole The sleeves in sleeves 2 and 5 are small compared to the value of usually formed burrs. 1 hp f-ly, 3 ill.

The fixture consists of supports, and each support includes a head 1 in which a through-stepped bore is made (Fig. 1). In the head 1, the conductor sleeve 2 is rigidly mounted. Its end surface protrudes beyond the surface of the support and shaping as a response to the surface of the workpiece on which the hole is to be machined. In the particular case of a cylindrical surface. The end surface of the sleeve 2 is the supporting working surface and has a sharp edge at the intersection with the hole in the sleeve. The sharp edge implies the absence of a chamfer at the intersection of these surfaces. Through holes 3 are made in the head of the upper support 1 (FIG. 2), the axes of which are located tangentially relative to the surface of the conductor sleeve opening. Such an arrangement of the holes 3 leads to a sharpening of the cutting wedge formed by the lines of intersection of the surfaces of the through holes 3 with the center hole in the sleeve support, and to facilitate the splitting of chips into individual elements during the rotation of the cutting tool. The second hole is necessary when operating tools that have left rotation. Coaxially with the first in the case, the second support is rigidly mounted with a radial clearance and on self-aligning washers. This support has means for fastening it to the body in a selected position, for example, by means of a threaded joint, as well as in a certain angular position by means of an orienting element (not shown).
To ensure the alignment of the holes in the conductor sleeves, initially, when the support 4 is loose, a test mandrel is inserted into the holes of the sleeves 2 and 5. In a production environment, a measuring tool can be used for this purpose. In this case, the support 4 is self-adjusting within the gap S (FIG. 3), and in the angular position on the spherical one; self-aligning washers 6. Then, the support 4 is fastened to the element 7 of the housing of the device by means of a nut 8. The test mandrel is removed from the openings of the sleeves. In the gap between the working support surfaces of the conductor
